Device

Metal frame is equipped with breathing and loop for attaching to the tractor. The five-ton welded body where fertilizers are falling asleep, is part of the frame. Inside the body is a plate-rod-type conveyor. It leads to a movement either the tractor shaft of the power take-off (if the fertilizer is made more than six tons per hectare), or (with a smaller number of fertilizers) shaft inside the half-axis rear wheelchair.

The conveyor supplies a rash mass on the sowing discs of a centrifugal type, each of which is equipped with four blades with grooves, fixed perpendicular to each other. To fertilizers fade more evenly, there is a bimetallic paculent shield installed on onboard supports. Dosing Sewber, moving around the clamps in the back of the body, is controlled by the helmet installed on the shaft. Two stars engaged with slats allow you to adjust the flap height.

The chassis is a cart with balancing, designed by Tandem type and not having a springs. The wheel of the detachable type is six stiletto and nuts attached to the hub on which there is a drum for braking. The brakes of the unit are two types: mechanical (intended for braking in the parking lot) and pneumatic, single-wire. The latter is controlled from the tractor cabin, pedal. You can manually brake with a crane. The front wheels stop.

MBU-8 spreader differs from MBU-5 spreader with a larger lifting capacity and construct of the chassis.
