All about the weak points of the Mitsubishi ASH (photo and video). Weaknesses and frequent breakdowns of Mitsubishi ASX with mileage Mitsubishi ASX owner reviews disadvantages

I took this car for my wife, but it happens that I often ride it myself. to date, we have already dashed off 27 t.km. Cars in the maximum configuration: leather interior, by the way, the leather is of high quality, I like it, cruise control, light-rain sensor, wireless connection, electric seat adjustment, lots of pillows, abs, esp, rear view camera in the mirror, self-dimming mirror , front-wheel drive. The four-wheel drive did not take, honestly - I regretted the money, now it's a pity that I didn't take it :) For its engine, the car turned out to be frisky, especially at the beginning on the bottom, which is important at the start. The gearbox works smoothly and, with adequate driving, does not allow the engine to spin up above 1.5-2 thousand revolutions, which affects + on fuel economy. The average consumption for a computer is 9-10 l / 100 km. in the combined cycle somewhere 60 to 40 city / highway. The interior is cozy, everything is close at hand, the big buttons for the climate control please, especially the button for closing the "curtain", you won't miss. A large glove compartment + a holder for a pen and business cards in it - a trifle, but nice. The doors open / close very easily, at first it was even unusual, then into a thrill. (Do not think that I compare it with a penny, I ride on an outlander 3 myself) The computer is informative and fits well into the dashboard. I especially like the wireless connection, it is very convenient, if possible, be sure to take this function, you will set it up once and beauty. There is enough space for passengers in the second row, with my height of 175 cm. A healthy man can follow me without any problems. It's fun to make access to the trunk directly from the car interior through the rear seat folding armrest. I myself have never used this function, but I liked the idea. The trunk seemed a bit small, but so far we have not experienced any problems with this, even when traveling to the country. of course, when moving, the trunk will not be enough, but the car was not taken for this either. :) Holds the road very well, it bites straight into the asphalt, both in the city and on the highway. Excellent brakes for 5+, stands rooted to the spot. The ride is very similar to the Lancer x, only you sit a little higher. There is enough power on the track when overtaking, especially when you click the gear yourself. I thought about taking 2.0, but it seems like 1.8 is enough. To be honest, it was not easy in the city during this heavy snowfall in winter, but I never got stuck tightly. Then I regretted that I had not taken four-wheel drive. Generally a good car for your money. There are no such obvious shortcomings that would infuriate all the time and spoil the mood. There are small "kosyachki", but personally my nitpicks about the car: - well, make a Mitsubishi corporation, finally, the washer reservoir sensor, the car is almost behind the lam, but it's not there - it's a shame :) - the auto-light function is made so that when the light is turned on, it goes " auto ", then the size, then the close one. I would put "auto" at the end, not at the beginning. at night, to turn on just the near one, you have to bypass the "auto" and the headlights first turn on (when the flag is on the car) then turn off (the flag on the dimensions) then on again (the flag on the low beam). Of course, all this happens in a split second, but I think it will negatively affect the light bulbs. Well, if you ride "auto" then it's not scary. It's just that I'm always afraid that the headlights will go out when the road is lit in the city and it's calmer for me when it's just on without any electronics :) - the button for heating the passenger's seat went out, they promised to change it under warranty for TO-3; - in severe frost, in the first 7-15 minutes of driving, when hitting a recumbent, the rear suspension creaked, but then, having developed, it stopped. In warm weather, this is not. - Shumkov wheels could be done better, like on the Lancer x. Maybe, of course, it depends on the tires, but I don't seem to have bad ones - yakohoma. - the fan is noisy starting from the middle of the power; - it is not clear why the volume range is from 1 to 15-17. you can not hear the radio even while standing still at 3, at 8 and 10, and they do not differ much between themselves. adequate volume starts from 18 to 22-25. It was necessary to make a "start" at 1 from about 15, step 2 could be set immediately to 18 and so on. - small armrest. although if he moved forward by 1/2, then just right. - the glass of the fog lights broke with a stone. We changed the insurance without any problems. But I thought that it would be better if they were a little higher. Well, probably that's all. Looking at the review, I thought that there was nothing to write, but how many it turned out :) I wrote the pros straight away, but I had to sit and recall the shortcomings. and it turned out really more "nit-picking" than specific jambs. I think that the car, in principle, is good, comfortable, not expensive in service staff, will not let you down. I do not think that its competitors (Volkswagen Tiguan, Audi Q3, BMW x1 (maybe there are others and maybe I'm wrong about the x1, but this is my purely personal opinion)) in some way will be inferior to the ASH in terms of comfort, reliability, driving qualities .. .bmv is of course more expensive in price and audi too, but tiguan doesn't seem to be much different, almost the same. Our choice fell on the ASH on the principle "I liked it, I want it all" and we were not disappointed in our decision, my wife is generally delighted with the car. Good road everyone !!!

If the Lancer Evolution sedan or its relative Pajero Evolution could be forgiven for whims in the form of increased oil and fuel consumption or too stiff suspension, then the ASX crossover is a car from a completely different opera. This massive crossover should be one hundred percent everyday car, practical, comfortable and reliable. However, it is not only the trouble-freeness of the car that is important, but also how the manufacturer himself reacts to the "jambs" that pop up during operation. As it turned out, the owners of the ASX crossover have something to complain about, and the Russian representative office of Mitsubishi - what to answer in essence.

Suspension problems

Quite quickly, ASX owners began to pay attention to extraneous sounds from the suspension when driving over irregularities. Moreover, the driving comfort did not suffer, but the acoustic one - very much. It’s not pleasant when your car is only 2,500 kilometers away. As it turned out, mud on Russian roads played an important role here, or rather, the unpreparedness of the early ASX crossover for them. "Damage to shock absorbers in many cases was due to the ingress of abrasive (for example, sand) on the shock absorber rod, and, as a result, damage to the stem oil seal with subsequent oil leakage. In most cases, road reagents and sand are to blame (this applies not only to ASX, but and a large number of other cars of different brands, because the basic design of the stabilizer is the same for all). The manufacturer has improved the protection of the shock absorber by using new front shock absorber boots. Changes have been introduced since February 2014. The new boot has a different shape, it better protects the stock and shock absorber oil seal against the ingress of abrasive material from the road. There is a recommendation to install new anthers in case of failure and subsequent replacement of shock absorbers, these works can be performed under warranty in case of warranty replacement of shock absorbers or offered for replacement on a paid basis in other cases of replacement of shock absorbers ", - told AvtoVesti in the official representative by Mitsubishi.

It is worth noting that the experience of the owners confirms the diagnosis of the officials. "... I understand that almost everyone has it [creak]. Someone wrote that he went to the OD, he was washed or cleaned, and everything went away," writes a user with the nickname Beavis on the club forum mitsubishi-asx.net. "Mitsubishi's suspension loves cleanliness, and we are more often on the roads with impurities - the suspension is unhappy, you know, it starts to groan," user Volodya agrees with him from the same forum.

Skewed side windows and problem with seals

Two problems at once hid in the doors of the crossover and can stun almost in the first thousand kilometers of run. When lowering one end of the glass begins to "lag" behind the other, and sometimes, lifting the glass back, the owner was surprised to find a serious gap. Or, to his misfortune, he did not find out, as a result of which the car had every chance of being washed from the inside in case of rain, or even becoming an easy victim of cunning thieves. And yet the cause of this sore is a trifling one. As the owners found out and later confirmed in the dealership, the problem was hidden in the poorly tightened bolts of the window regulator.

The company acknowledged the problem, although it noted that such malfunctions were dealt with only once. "As a rule, the work is carried out under warranty, because the client just manages to notice the skewed glass during the warranty 3 years. If the bolts are badly tightened during body repair after an accident, then this is another matter, there is no fault of the plant. carried out the repair ", - commented in the dealership, adding also that later in the production of ASX was introduced an additional measure to identify this" jamb "- additional control of the tightening torque of the power window bolts.

The second problem is no longer connected with the glasses themselves, but with the rubber seals that border these glasses. "In general, here's what an unpleasant thing happened: the driver's side window bit the rubber seal closer to the upper right corner. I didn't immediately notice it ... Now the rubber has lost its original shape and does not fit into place," complains the owner of ASX with the nickname Qpaloff on the mitsubishi-asx.net form. "The same situation with the sealant. I was glad that there is a case of replacement under warranty, so when TO-1 I will pay attention to OD. I looked at other cars of 2013 model year, noticed two more the same problems!", - confirms his words BoorMan teammate ... Despite the fact that ASX owners often complain about low-quality seals, Mitsubishi notes only one-time calls and does not see a systemic nature behind this problem. Nevertheless, there will be no problems with the warranty replacement of the seal.

"The seals are replaced by dealers on the basis of a customer complaint, including free of charge for the owner. The seal must be damaged or deformed. A normal, serviceable seal will not be replaced. The seal is replaced on the specific door where the problem is found. And it usually occurs practically new cars and is removed under warranty "- states the Russian office.

Engine problems

The Mitsubishi ASX engine range on the Russian market is represented by three gasoline units: 1.6-liter with 117 hp, 1.8-liter with 140 hp. and a 2-liter 150-horsepower. And if there seems to be no systematic complaints about the most powerful motor, then the youngest couple periodically suffer from some chronic ailments. So, a 1.6-liter unit can frighten owners with detonation and floating revs, and it is also very picky about the quality of the fuel being poured. As for the more powerful 1.8-liter version, an increased operating noise was noticed behind it.

The sensitivity of the 1.6-liter engine to fuel quality was manifested quite simply by many owners: the car simply did not want to start the first time. "Several people have already complained about this problem on the forum. It has been suggested that this is due to gasoline vapors. I also had the same situation on my car several times, but I refuel at only one gas station and no other symptoms related to fuel (read knocking), I'm not observing. My car had problems with starting both on a cold and hot engine. " - writes the community moderator Mitsubishi-asx.net under the nickname VS. "According to the detonation, the manufacturer has taken countermeasures in production since the 2012 model year. Reprogramming can be performed for vehicles in operation. The procedure is based on the owner's complaint. There is no separate service campaign, because the fuel differs in different regions. the quality of the fuel is due to the high compression ratio, which in turn allows achieving good power indicators in combination with economy. As a rule, reprogramming is carried out during the warranty period and free of charge, since the owner complaints arise at the beginning of operation, respectively, during the warranty period. " - assured the Russian office of Mitsubishi.

"There is a whistle on the cold," some owners of the 1.8-liter ASX complain. "Something whistles on a warm engine," others confuse the diagnosis. Especially impressionable and creative ASX owners made very unusual comparisons - for example, some complained that their favorite car was grunting or croaking at them. The systematicity of the sore is even more disturbed by the statistics of runs - for some, a strange whistle appeared when they ran 25-30 thousand km, for someone - already in the region of 100 thousand. All the "whistling" cars were united by one thing: they were all produced before 2014 , and this, as it turned out, is no coincidence.

"This is probably a drive belt noise. To reduce noise, the manufacturer has been using a freewheel alternator in the pulley since model year 2014. Dealers exchange alternators for modified ones based on customer complaints, including under warranty." - told in the office.

Spontaneous opening of the trunk

Many owners "got" to replace the button for opening the tailgate. The replacement, fortunately, was carried out under warranty, and the problem was the poor tightness of the button - it died under the influence of moisture and road reagents, the contacts oxidized, and the lock began to live its own life. "... the panel began to display information that the trunk is either closed or open ... moreover, in time with the characteristic buzzing. Stopped, opened the trunk - the buzzing comes from the lock. Closed it - the buzzing has stopped. Going - buzzing again ... I started to park at the house - in addition to the buzz, a squeak was added ...", - this description from the user of AI-RAM (mitsubishi-asx.net) is typical of this malfunction. However, the Mitsubishi representative assured that they are aware of the problem and are actively investigating it.

Of course, the owners of competing classmates can gloat and be completely confident that they have definitely made the right choice and bought the most reliable and problem-free car. But there are no ideal cars, and the fact that your favorite model has not yet appeared in this heading means only one thing: we just have not got to it yet.

Mitsubishi ASX / RVR

Description Mitsubishi ASH

The Mitsubishi ASX (RVR in Japan and Canada or Outlander Sport in the US and Indonesia) is a compact urban crossover that has been in production since 2010. Until 2002, it was a small minivan produced under the name RVR or Space Runner. Today, the ASX is the smallest model in Mitsubishi's off-road lineup and is ranked under the Mitsubishi Outlander.
Among the ACX competitors there are such cars as Kia Sportage, Nissan Juke / Qashqai, Opel Mokka, Renault Duster, Hyundai ix35 / Creta, Skoda Yeti, Honda HR-V and other similar SUVs.

Mitsubishi ASX engines are pretty standard for this class: 1.6 4A92, 1.8 4B10, 1.8 4J10, 2.0 4B11 and the largest 2.4-liter 4B12. In nature, there is a diesel ACX with 4N13 and 4N14 engines, as well as with a Peugeot DV6.

As for the previous generations of RVR engines, here are typical 4G93, 4G64 and turbocharged 4G63T at that time. For these cars, a diesel 4D68 with a displacement of 2.0 liters was offered

Want to learn something new about Mitsubishi ASX engines? Then choose the model you are interested in from the list below. It contains all the important technical characteristics, a list of the main problems and malfunctions, as well as their causes. You will learn how to increase the power of your engine, which oil to pour and how often you need to change it, what is the engine resource and much more.

All the "sores" of a used Mitsubishi ASX

"Do you have one like this, but with mother-of-pearl buttons?" A well-known phrase perfectly fits our today's material: in the mid-2000s, many customers of Mitsubishi dealerships, looking at the Outlander, dreamed of the same, but a little more modest in size and cheaper. Get - Mitsubishi ASX.

Choosing between two cars, similar in price, men have always preferred the one that is more powerful and larger. But women ... As it turned out, many of them, on the contrary, want to ride compact models, and the number of "horses" in this case fades into the background. The first to prove this was Nissan Quashqai, which became a deficit immediately after its debut. Unsurprisingly, such a success has prompted other automakers to rush after the sassy ladies' favorite. But developing a new platform, bringing it to perfection, is long and expensive. Mitsubishi chose a different path: shortened the existing Outlander XL, slightly cleverly tweaked the design and rolled out a model called ASX. It turned out quickly and cheaply.

For every taste

In the basic version, the car was equipped with a 1.6-liter engine and a manual transmission. For the sake of economy, the drive is, of course, only front. Such unpretentious ASXs were in good demand among those who, in principle, considered compact cars as a candidate. Girls, in our country, who traditionally do not like to turn the gearbox lever, more and more often stopped at a 1.8-liter modification with a variator. Finally, many still idle potential buyers of mid-size crossovers were not averse to saving one and a half to two hundred thousand rubles and get behind the wheel of a "dried Outlander" with a 2.0 liter engine, variator and all-wheel drive. This is how the novelty skillfully gained an audience among the most diverse categories of people.

However, it soon became clear that length and design were not the only differences between the ASX and the Outlander. The "younger brother" lost to the "elder" in almost all disciplines: dynamics, controllability, brake pedal adequacy ... Perhaps the only thing he was better at was smoothness. In contrast to the hard "Out", the ASX is much more careful with the passengers. True, as long as there are few of them in the cabin. When fully loaded, even small irregularities are fraught with breakdowns in the rear suspension. However, most of its owners drive alone, so they don't even know about it.

In terms of cross-country ability, the ASX is far from ideal. Of course, the shortened overhangs and clearance of 195 mm help him to briskly ride along the gullies, but as soon as you stop or seriously lose speed, the crossover quickly turns into "real estate". And pulling it out of captivity is not so easy: the eyelet hanging under the front bumper, as a rule, ends up in the dirt itself. Long attempts to cope with off-road conditions on your own will most likely lead to overheating of the clutch. Nothing bad will happen - the car itself will "ask for mercy" by turning on the corresponding indicator. By the way, the variator can also overheat - including when driving too actively in manual mode, even on asphalt.

Correct unit

ASX borrowed from Outlander not only platform (strictly speaking, not even from Outlander, but from LancerX) - the aggregate base, suspension is practically the same. This explains the complete absence of "childhood diseases" inherent in any new model. All three engines are by no means new - borrowed from other Mitsubishi models. There are no problems with them, you don't even need to worry about replacing the timing belt - all motors are chain-driven.

Gearboxes can hardly be called problematic: in a mechanical gearbox, it happens, oil seals leak, and at high mileage, bearings begin to buzz, but this is not of a massive nature. The variator does not require intervention even on the first copies of the model, provided that the owner of the car was careful. If you too often see a message about overheating of the variator, then you are "lucky" to buy an already thoroughly "tormented" car.

The picture with used Mitsubishi ASX is typical for any new crossover: if the previous owner has operated the car carefully, major problems most likely will not arise. The same specimens, which actively traveled off-road, may require repair of the front and rear suspensions earlier than usual, moreover, the variator often overheats and asks for "temporary rest" when driving quickly in manual mode. For five years of working with a compact SUV, I don’t remember a case that could be attributed to the typical "sores" of the car. Outlander's proven chassis and aggregate base give the ASX exemplary reliability.

Owner opinion

Dmitry Popov, Mitsubishi ASX (1.6 L) 2010

It was not easy for me to choose a car. "Koreans" were dismissed at once, Nissan Qashqai, as they say, "did not catch" ... I liked the Mitsubishi Outlander XL, but it seemed too big. Just then I read about the release of ASX and immediately ordered a car. I am sure I made the right decision. ASX never let me down: for three years of ownership, I applied to the service station only during maintenance. And this is a big plus - the nearest dealer is 300 km away from me. There are, of course, the ASX and its disadvantages: poor paintwork, insufficient sound insulation. But these are, unfortunately, the general trends of the modern car industry. From my extensive experience of communicating with the owners of ASX, I also know about claims to the suspension, EUR settings, warranty replacement of shock absorbers on runs of 40-50 thousand km. I have gathered a lot of useful information on the forum of Mitsubishi ASX owners, where there are many solutions for self-improvement of a car at minimal cost.

Compromise is, frankly, harder to find than the square root of a negative number, but there are no rules without exceptions. And it seems to us that Mitsubishi ASX can pretend to be such a car. With reservations and assumptions, but it can.

A bit of history

A person who does not consciously choose a car and does not read tons of useful and not very material about crossovers is unlikely to pay attention to the ASX. The car appeared in 2010, and in five years on the road, it has not become the subject of heated design discussions, such as the controversial Nissan Juke.

Initially, the ASX was supposed to become a car for those who like not to drive a crossover, but to drive it both in the tail and in the mane. The letters ASX themselves mean Active Sport X-over, which, you see, provokes. In America, this car is known under the name Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, which immediately leads to two thoughts: firstly, this is the Outlander, and secondly, sports. So it is, because the ASX platform has long been known precisely for the Outlander XL, and at the same time for the tenth Lancer.

Recall that the Outlander XL appeared in 2005, and the tenth Lancer - in 2007. Thus, by the time the ASX was released, the platform was already well circumvented, moreover, Citroën C-Crosser, Peugeot 4007 and, which may seem strange, Dodge Caliber were built on it. The ASX prototype was ready back in 2007, but the car has been mass-produced since 2010, a year later than its debut in the car market of its homeland. The first ASX engine was a 1.8-liter turbodiesel, but today the buyer can choose one of three petrol engines of 1.6, 1.8 or 2 liters, and the same 1.8-liter diesel is available in Europe.

The petrol two-liter engine produces 150 "horses". A machine with just such a unit (model 4B11) will become the subject of our study. By the way, the same motors are also on the Kia Cerato, Kia Optima, Kia Sportage, Hyundai Elantra, Hyundai ix35 and Hyundai Sonata. Our car has four-wheel drive and a variator instead of the usual gearbox.

Engine

As I said, the ASX lineup is familiar to many from the Outlander and Lancer models. These are generally good motors, if there are any complaints about their work, then only the owners of cars with a 1.6 liter engine. Most often, remarks are caused by detonation at high speeds, but after 2012 the firmware has changed, and now the manufacturer promises to get rid of this phenomenon. They say that the measure did not help everyone. Well, God bless him, our in-line gasoline engine with a volume of two liters has no such disadvantages. But there is one advantage, though hidden for many. The fact is that on cars destined for Europe, this engine develops 165 hp. But especially for the tax service of the Russian Federation on our cars, the manufacturers "strangled" up to 150 "horses". We are honored and praised for this, because after purchasing the ASX, no one bothers to install another firmware, thus restoring the status quo and adding 15 “heads” to the “herd” at once without any interference with the hardware. In this case, the resource of the motor should not suffer in any way. However, it is not so easy to do it yourself, so we will try to perform simpler procedures with our own hands.

TO-1 from a dealer will cost about 15,000 rubles. What are they doing there? They change oil, filters, carry out a control examination. Actually, the set of works is standard enough and not so complicated to give so much money for it. Moreover, all this is very easy to do on your own. The cost of TO-2 at the officials ranges from 35 to 40 thousand, but in another service the same work was estimated at 15,000. Oil change is performed in the same way as on dozens (if not hundreds) of other cars. You will need the oil itself, a filter and a sealing washer. From tools - socket head 17 mm. The filter is conveniently located, so there will be no difficulties with the work, and the price of dirty hands will be about 600 rubles - so much will be taken for work in an unofficial service. It is even easier to change the air filter. Here, however, the cost of the filter itself may upset - about 1,000 rubles. But you can change it with one hand, even with your left, and even if it does not grow from the shoulder. All the work is to fold back the two latches, which are clearly visible from above, pull out the old filter and insert a new one. True, the service will take only 200 rubles for this. The drive of the gas distribution mechanism is chain, so we will not talk about its independent replacement. The chain resource is quite high, and, according to the service station specialists, the chain mechanism is made reliably, they did not have to observe premature stretching or other possible defects in the timing drive. ASX provides an excellent opportunity to assert itself when replacing plugs. The main thing is to find where they stand. The spark plugs are covered with a plastic cover, which is secured with three 10mm cap screws, and should not be confused with the engine shroud. The cover we need is on the back of the engine. However, if difficulties arise even with its search, then it is better to throw out the tool and never again approach the car with the keys in your life. Ignition coils are on each spark plug, so you first need to unscrew the coil connector, remove it by pulling it towards you, and only then turn the spark plug out. In the same way, you can replace a flabby coil. In a car service, greedy men will take from 600 to 800 rubles for replacing candles.

The 4B11 boasts one of the longest attachment drive belts available. And changing it yourself is not an easy task, to put it mildly. This is due primarily to the difficult access to the belt. Of course, you can do it, but the description of this operation will take too much time, and the execution will take too much effort, so to replace the belt it is better to go to the service. The engine is not capricious, it does not sin with periodic failures of sensors and mechanisms, therefore there are simply no subtleties during its operation. However, we recall that there is no hydraulic compensating mechanism for adjusting the valve clearances in the motor, therefore, once every 90 thousand, the valves will have to be adjusted at the service station.

Transmission and chassis

What associations does the abbreviation CVT cause? Most Russian motorists have none. But if you recall that CVT (continuously variable transmission) is nothing more than a variator, then some will add something about a small resource and high maintenance cost. First, this is not always the case. And secondly, . The first variator painted on a piece of paper prolific Leonardo da Vinci for all sorts of interesting things. And it was in the 15th century. Five hundred years passed, and the variator found its place in the car. Of course, the benefits of this transmission cannot be denied. The lack of gears per se allows acceleration without shifting delays, and the ability to select the ideal gear ratio allows you to maintain optimal engine speed, significantly reducing fuel consumption.

Everything would be just chocolate, if not for some of the shortcomings of the CVT. We admit that the main one is the resource and the rejection of powerful motors. In general, within the framework of this article, we will not touch upon the subtleties of the variator, but we will not deny ourselves the pleasure of recalling how bitter the fate of the union of CVT and the 3.5-liter Nissan Murano engine has developed. Some Murano owners went so far as to put additional cooling radiators on the variators, and all in order to somehow stop their endless overheating. Not so bad with ASX. The variator, however, heats up here too. It is especially difficult for him under load and just in the heat, when the sun is baking and the temperature is over 30 ° C. The car stops going, no matter how you step on the gas. It remains only to wait for the variator to cool down. Of the mandatory maintenance procedures - oil change. Note that our car was released in 2010, and its mileage today is 130 thousand kilometers. During this time, the box overheated, but it did not fail and everything works just as well. The only place worth considering for an ASX owner is the rear axle oil seals. There are traces of fogging on our Mitsubishi, which means that it's time to change the oil seals. It is quite difficult to do this in the garage, so a visit to the workshop masters is required. The work will cost 2,500 rubles, and it is not easy to name a certain price for the oil seal - you can buy it for 300 rubles, or for 700.

What can upset an ASX owner? Stabilizers have a fairly low resource. The spare part itself will cost 1,000 - 1,200 rubles, and you will pay 600 for the replacement. Unfortunately, the procedure will have to be repeated regularly every 35-45 thousand kilometers. On our car, the front shock absorbers were changed under warranty. It happened a year after the purchase, for the last four years they have been working flawlessly. And yet, complaints about them periodically slip through. The price of a shock absorber, as you know, will depend solely on the choice of spare part, so the run-up is great here - from three to seven thousand. Let's not forget the thrust bearing, which costs about 1,800 rubles. The workshop master from the work done will be enriched by 1800 rubles (for one side).

Body and interior

In general, it's hard to find fault with the car's interior. The panel looks interesting and even fun. The driver's seat is quite comfortable, but there are a couple of ergonomic errors. The first is a misunderstanding instead of an armrest. Even fully extending it, you will not be able to lean on your elbow: it is too short. And its shape was chosen specifically so that the hand - even if you try to somehow attach it on it - would immediately slide down. Frankly speaking, there is not enough sense from this device. The wide tilting stand obscures the view when cornering, so the person walking may not be noticed. But otherwise everything is fine. When traveling in the cabin, we could not find a single "cricket", partly this can be explained by not the best sound insulation. The voice of the engine, especially at revs, the noise of the wheel arches - the whole gentleman's set of sounds in the cabin is present. However, let's dwell on the sound of the motor in more detail.

It seems that the car is not too dynamic: when the accelerator pedal is pressed, the engine is ready to go into hysterics, and this sound does not want to get involved with the dynamics of acceleration. But looking at the speedometer, you understand that the speed is growing fast enough. And nevertheless, the desire to give the car a kick does not pass. Perhaps the point is in setting up the variator: the motor has a pronounced "resourceful" character (maximum power is reached at 6,000, torque - at 4,250), and the variator seems to want to take maximum characteristics from it. In addition, there is a feeling of lack of gear shifting - they simply do not exist. In short, the impressions are contradictory. The dynamics are not bad, but it’s a pity for the car: it’s too painful to try when gaining speed. Separately, I will note the brakes: it is not always possible to determine the required effort on the brake pedal on the car in which I just sat down the first time. But here everything is so predictable that it is simply impossible to make a mistake. Well, what can you do in the salon? Of course, replace the cabin filter. It is located behind the glove box. To provide access, it is enough to open the "glove compartment", remove the stopper on the right side, after which the entire "glove compartment" can be easily removed. Taking out the filter and inserting a new one is a matter of three to four minutes, the savings from independently performed work will be 500 rubles. We put everything in place and go to inspect the body.
