About the club. About Rolling Club anarchy lech crocodile friend

Continuing the history of the conflict between motorcycle clubs in Belarus, we will look at what is happening on the part of the association of motorcycle clubs, bypassing the position of The Hooligans MC.

Dmitry Pitbull, President of the Racing Clan MCC, the authorized representative of the association in this matter, will answer our questions.

Let's start with help. The Motorcycle Club Association was founded in 2005 by Iron Brothers MC, Road Dogs MC, Desperados MC and Rolling Anarchy MCC. The purpose of the meeting was to regulate the motorcycle calendar, help young motorcycle clubs and develop the motorcycle movement in Balorusia.

Over the years, clubs of different formations joined the association, including Live To Ride MCC, Racing Clan MCC, around 2007 the Night Wolves MC joined the association, and Iron Brothers MC changed the format to MCC.

Around 2008 - 2009, Rolling Anarchy MCC left the association. 2013 was the year The Hooligans MC joined. And in 2016, Live To Ride MCC changed the format and name to Iron Pride MC.

At the moment, the stated goals of the association were to resolve disputes between motorcycle clubs, support events, form a common position of bikers in the motorcycle club movement and regulate the opening of new motorcycle clubs. And also the unspoken goal is to prevent the militant and warring clubs from entering the territory of Belarus in order to prevent the spread of hostility, showdown and civil strife on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

At the time of this writing, among the 15 motorcycle clubs on the website of the Belarusian Association, there is no The Hooligans MC motorcycle club. Although there was no official statement on their withdrawal from the composition, the exclusion in 2016 was announced by the Belarusian Association of Motorcycle Clubs (hereinafter BAMK).

Among the major motorcycle events held by motorcycle clubs that are members of the association: The opening of the motorcycle season in Minsk from Iron Pride MC, Lysaya city in Vitebsk from Road Dogs, Opening and closing of motorcycle seasons in Minsk from Racing Clan MCC, Grodno festival from Nashorn MCC, MotoFestWest in Baranovichi from West Region MCC , Leeds Festival from Devoid of Rights MCC. From history: Zavirukha from Desperados MC.

What started the disagreement between the association and The Hooligans MC?

In 2013, The Hooligans MC motorcycle club applied to BAMK to open a branch in Belarus and join the Association. The application was approved and agreed to open a branch of The Hooligans MC in Glubokoe with an accompanying agreement to limit the opening of new chapters for the next 2 years. However, already next year, the Glubokoe branch opens a new chapter in Mogilev without any agreements with the Association and the local MC club, thereby violating the agreement with BAMK and the tradition of opening new branches. To this BAMK made a remark to the guys from the deep branch, but did not develop the situation, trying not to generate a conflict within the Association. In 2016, The Hooligans MC again opens branches in Polotsk and Minsk without agreement with local MC clubs. Moreover, the leaders of the main deep branch, 2-3 days before the opening of The Hooligans MC branches, talked with the leaders of the Belarusian MC clubs, to which everyone, without exception, heard disapproval. This was due to the fact that neither in the city of Polotsk nor in the city of Minsk did the supposed branches have any established collectives known to us, or clubhouses. In addition, the Minsk branch of The Hooligans MC included a person (Vegas) with whom one of the Belarusian MCs was in the midst of a conflict. Thus, by allowing such an expansion of The Hooligans MC at the table of the Association, people with serious claims to each other could automatically sit down, than in the Association it was possible to generate internal discord, which was unacceptable. These motives were told to the Leaders of the deep branch of The Hooligans MC. It was proposed at first to settle all these issues, and then peacefully, according to all established traditions, to continue its development. Representatives of the Belarusian The Hooligans MC promised to settle all these issues, but after 2 days they still did not take this into account and announced the opening of chapters in Polotsk and Minsk.

Naturally, after such actions, the leaders of the Belarusian clubs stopped all communication with the representatives of the Belarusian The Hooligans MC who had lost respect and did not keep their word. After all this, the president of the head St. Petersburg branch, Putilin, contacted the BAMK secretary Taras and, having heard from the original source the essence of the disagreements between The Hooligans MC and the BAMK, promised to sort out the situation within 2 days. Neither after 2 days nor after 2 weeks there was no reaction or action. This served as the basis for making key decisions of BAMK. Dmitry Pitbul

What was the association's decision regarding The Hooligans MC?

Based on all of the above, as well as on the basis that the Belarusian representatives of The Hooligans MC by their behavior lost all trust and respect from the representatives of BAMK, it was decided to exclude The Hooligans MC from the Association, incl. for regularly introducing unrest and discord into the ranks of the association. It was also decided to close the branches of The Hooligans MC on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Dmitry Pitbul

Is a peaceful resolution of the dispute possible, if so, which one?

At the moment, it is extremely difficult to reason and assume a peaceful solution to the dispute! First of all, because The Hooligans MC did not take any action to reconcile and resolve the conflict over the attack and defeat on the club house of the Vitebsk Road Dogs MC club, as well as its subsequent activities only aggravated and worsened relations with the Association, such as being on their own in an unrecognized and liquidated status - the former Belarusian representatives of The Hooligans MC initiate in 2017 some kind of incomprehensible approval and promotion of the opening of some new MC clubs in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, they are trying in every possible way to set free riders against BAMK, in general, they conduct a hostile policy, thereby provoking a response reaction clubs BAMK. The idea of creating the club was born in 2000. His birth was preceded by years of searching for himself in the diverse and difficult motorcycle world. We have left behind the attempts to be in the “MC”, to be a free biker, just a “motorcyclist” and generally understand who you are and what you are. And so the idea of creating Rolling Anarchy MCC came to three bright Belarusian heads. They were Roman Ivanovich ("Wolf"), Andrei Romanovsky ("Ferre") and Vladimir Tsesler (The author of the club symbols and its name, the word Rolling in the name was suggested by Vladimir).

The fact that the title should contain the word "Anarchy" became clear immediately. After all, individualists had to unite, each of whom had his own weight and authority and did not want to have anyone and nothing over him. And when Andrei "Ferré" proposed this name as a reflection of the club's concept, it was accepted without objection. The word "Rolling" was born in heated debates over a glass not in one day and night. Vladimir Tsesler invented and suggested it! And it really reflects the essence of the club - to drive always, to drive everywhere, to drive in spite of everything. The "MCC" form was selected as the most appropriate. Well, do not declare as "MC" a club in which there is no president, treasurer and discipline. Even if many MC-clubs from different countries recognize Rolling Anarchy MCC as their own. So, on April 1, 2001, at the opening of the motorcycle season in Minsk, the establishment of the Rolling Anarchy MCC was announced. The addition of “International” appeared later, when the club really expanded far beyond Belarus. The idea of creating the club's emblem, which also aptly reflected its freedom-loving spirit, belongs to Vladimir Tsesler, a famous artist and professional in the field of design.

The structure of the club is rare, rather even original for motorcycle formations. The question of structure was first raised at the club's meeting in the new year 2002. And then a dialogue followed between Tsesler and Andrey "Goblin" from Odessa, which will allow you to better understand the essence of this club:

So what about the chairman of the meeting?

In .... the chairman !!!

And the general secretary?

At ..... secretary !!!

So the club was left without a rigid centralized structure, although Roman Ivanovich (Minsk) is the undisputed leader and ideologist. In the club, everyone is equal, there is no hierarchy and degrees of growth, which the club still does not regret. Over the years, there has not been a single significant quarrel or squabble between the members of the club. Paradoxically, there is no so-called “staff turnover” - the scourge of many motor formations. It seems all the more surprising that in the complete absence of centralized power in the club, one member of the friendly MC once said about R.A. MCC: “And with the cash register, you have somehow clearer than ours.” In general, there are only two points in the Club Charter, so the Charter can be reproduced here in its entirety: 1. We are all friends, who are not our enemies! 2. Drink, don't be buzzing. Of course, this is a joke, but it captures the essence. Much in the club is based on jokes, humor is one of the main components of our life. The only rule of thumb is a denim vest. Tradition, tribute to the golden age of motorcycling (late 60s - early 70s). The main unwritten principles of the club's life are: a combination of individuality and solidarity, mutual assistance and brotherhood. In addition, for admission to the club, it is very important to correspond to the concept of "sled". Almost all members of R.A.MCC are long-distance truckers who have traveled many thousands of kilometers on the roads of Europe and Asia. Club members are little attracted to skating from cafes to cafes. More important is the road and meeting with old friends. But at any event in any city you meet your own people.

RA MCC does not seek to artificially increase its ranks. More important is the quality of the club members, mutual affection, their recognition and respect for them from other clubs and motorcyclists. The club wants to travel more, communicate, see the whole world, help each other and friends. The goal of the club is to create a community of like-minded people. R.A. MCC against unnecessary pathos. It is not your fist or wallet that will speak for you, your vest, soaked in rains and absorbed the dust of many roads, will speak for you, your friends with whom you shared the difficulties of travel and the joys of meeting will speak for you. You don't have to be the only ones, the first, etc. The main thing is to be. Currently, the club holds three annual motorcycle rallies: in May a bike festival in Brest (Belarus), at the end of June "Goblin show" in Odessa (Ukraine), the first Russian winter motorcycle rally "Snow Dogs", and also takes part in organizing events organized by our friends. These are opening and closing of the season, motorcycle races, toy rides, rallies, concerts, festivals and rallies. Rolling Anarchy MCC has many advantages, but the main thing is that our club unites people, but does not deprive them of their personal freedom, driving them into a narrow framework of charter and subordination. But freedom is one of the most expensive things in the life of a person, especially a motorcyclist. The main principle of Anarchy is to live as you want, without interfering with the life of others.

"Drive always, drive everywhere, drive in spite of everything."

This year marks 10 years after the idea of creating the club.
MCC founders: Roman Ivanych (Wolf), Andrey Romanovsky (Ferre), Vladimir Tsesler (artist, designer, creator of the club's emblem).
On April 1, 2001, at the opening of the motorcycle season in Minsk, the establishment of the Rolling Anarchy MCC was announced. The addition of “International” appeared later, when the club really expanded far beyond Belarus (Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic States, Poland, Scandinavian countries, USA, Ireland, Slovakia).
The club holds four annual motorcycle events: in May a bike festival in Brest (Belarus), at the end of June "Goblin show" in Odessa (Ukraine), in July a motorcycle rally (Logoisk), the first Russian winter motorcycle rally "Snow Dogs", and also hosts participation in the organization of other events, these are opening and closing of the season, motorcycle races, toy rides, rallies, concerts, festivals and rallies.

The adventures of four Russian bikers in Iraq have become the main intrigue of the day today. First, in the morning it became known that on May 20, at the entrance to Baghdad, fans of traveling on motorcycles were detained without explanation. Where they were, what happened to them was not clear until, using a GPS signal, friends determined their location - a military prison in Baghdad.
With difficulty, via SMS, the bikers said: "They are being held in cells with bags on their heads and handcuffed, and accused of espionage. For this, according to the laws of Iraq, they are imprisoned for life."
The Russian Foreign Ministry intervened in the conflict. Alexander Lukashevich, a ministry spokesman, said the travelers had in fact crossed the Iraqi border with Turkey without visas. They were taken in Kirkuk and interrogated. But the Russian embassy, according to Lukashevich, secured their release.

Instead of returning back to Turkey, the four brave again went to Baghdad, where they were detained for the second time by a military patrol. Two hours ago, the BBC, citing the Iraqi Foreign Minister, reported that the bikers were about to be lowered.
All the latest news about the journey of Russian motorcyclists in Iraq was learned from our guest Dmitry Kornev, a member of the Rolling Anarchy motorcycle club.

Pavel Lobkov: Still, what happened - a confusing picture, can you clarify?

Dmitry Kornev: To begin with, I would like to put all the dots on the
the guys had visas. A group visa was issued for two groups. The first group passed the same route, with a stop in Baghdad, 10 days before the guys. They had no problems along the route, no problems with the military. So, when the guys entered Iraq, they were stopped. Yes, in fact, they were gently advised not to go further. After calling the consul, they were allowed to go further, they drove off. On the evening of the 20th, an SMS came from them that they were detained by the Iraqi military without any explanation of the reasons, without presentation, they were being taken to prison in a military vehicle.

Lobkov: To Baghdad?

Kornev: To Baghdad, yes. Accordingly, a satellite alarm system is installed on one of the motorcycles, which shows their coordinates in real time. On the 21st, the guys did not get in touch. After that, they had one of the few opportunities to send SMS. On the 22nd, they contacted the consulate - they contacted Jamshed Boltaev, the head of the consular service of the Russian embassy in Iraq. He said that he was engaged in all issues, and the guys should be like on an airplane, but then the information changed to cars, to be sent to the border with Turkey for violating the visa regime. Although, I emphasize once again, the guys have visas.

Lobkov: But this is not so important, the main thing is to deliver it alive.

Kornev: Yes. On the 23rd, that is, yesterday, in the morning, an SMS came from Oleg Kapkaev that they were transferred to another room - more comfortable; they took the bags off their heads, took off the handcuffs, and began to feed them. During the day, relatives and friends contacted the consulate. At the end of the day, we were provided with the following information: that the guys would be released at 17:00 Moscow time. But we were asked not to advertise this information. Literally after a while, we received SMS from the guys that they were being interrogated again. And, accordingly, Jamshed Boltaev simply stopped communicating with us: he stopped answering calls, stopped communicating with the media, with journalists, with friends, with relatives.

And today at 4 am this infamous SMS “SOS. We were accused of espionage, threatened with the death penalty, and they began to beat us. " After that, communication with the guys was interrupted. Today, after numerous attempts to contact the Foreign Ministry, to contact the consulate, attempts were made to reach all possible media outlets, that is, to raise the so-called "wave". Actually, today this first and so far the only idea to hold an action near the Iraqi embassy, with one single purpose - to collect signatures and draw attention to this action: the attention of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the attention of our officials, who during the entire time of the detention of the guys - in three days - so and did not deign to get there. That is, the consul did not come to them. All interrogations of our friends' motorcyclists are carried out without the presence of the consul. No assistance: no legal or visa support, they were not provided.

Lobkov: On the other hand, the official message says that the consul was ready to send them back, but they changed their minds and decided to continue the route. Is it true or not?

Kornev: No that's not true. On yesterday evening, the consul first said that he had already left for them, and later information appeared from him that he was waiting for some kind of escort car and could not leave without it. That is, a person gives conflicting information. Therefore, everything that is now going on in the media about any measures that the Foreign Ministry is taking - we personally do not believe in this. Until there is a call from our friends, and at least one of them says that they are alive and well and have continued their journey, in any direction, whether it is the way further, as they planned, or it will be the way in the opposite direction - towards the house, where relatives, friends and relatives are waiting for them - we will not believe it.

Tatiana Arno: That is, the fact that today at around 19:00 Moscow time the Air Force announced that they were about to be released - is this unreliable information?

Kornev: Quite right.

Arno: And they didn't come out with you.

Arno: But, of course, they would definitely unsubscribe immediately to you.

Kornev: They would unsubscribe, they would call back, because they know perfectly well that the brother and wife of one of them is already here. Children are waiting for every house. Alexander Vardanyants went on this trip with his son, who, in principle, has been riding a motorcycle for 2 years, and this is his first long-distance trip for him.

Lobkov: Why did you have to go there at all? Precisely in the unstable zones of the world - in Iraqi Kurdistan? For what? Are they geographers, biologists?

Kornev: No, they are just some of the most famous Russian travelers. After all, we do not ask questions to people who go to the North Pole, and this is also dangerous. It is the same here: these are people who went for impressions. They do not need to prove anything to anyone, they have proved it all to themselves a long time ago. People have traveled more than tens of thousands of kilometers. In winter, in summer, in the rain, in the mud. They conquered the Pamirs, conquered Mongolia. In winter, January 6, they conquered our Arctic circle from Tyumen on motorcycles. Therefore, for them this is just another route to see and see the world, get new impressions and, probably, show people that they can go there.

Arno: I don't know what kind of relationship your club has with the Night Wolves, but, nevertheless, we know that, for example, Vladimir Putin is very passionate about this topic.

Lobkov: Attended all their events.

Arno: Therefore, he cannot remain indifferent to such a story. Have you tried to promote this resource somehow? I don’t know, call, for example. There must be some kind of male solidarity.

Kornev: With Night Wolves?

Arno: Yes.

Kornev: You know, today from 13:00 I was near the Iraqi embassy, and I can tell you that, despite some internal disagreements between the clubs, first of all, representatives of almost all Moscow clubs were present today. Our friends came from Tula. In Latvia - in Riga - our friends, comrades, colleagues - they supported us with a small picket near the Russian embassy. Tomorrow the same will take place in Tyumen, Nefteyugansk and Sochi.

Arno: Have you personally spoken to "Surgeon"? He was at the inauguration.

Kornev: No. The "surgeon" was personally present at the embassy today. He gave an interview, he, among other things, put his signature, like everyone else. I think if he needs something, if he can help with something, then, probably, he will help. Because, after all, mutual assistance, mutual understanding is very much appreciated in our country, and everyone does everything possible that depends on him. Probably even a little more.

Lobkov: Thanks. We hope that soon we will receive some news from your friends, and only then we will make sure that everything is in order with them, as I understood you correctly.

Kornev: Yes.

Lobkov: Thanks. With us was Dmitry Kornev, a member of the Rolling Anarchy motorcycle club.
