Rating of the most powerful motorcycles on the planet. What are the most reliable motorcycles in the world? Rating of sports bikes for beginner bikers

Bike fans tremble! Recently, motorcycle manufacturers have rushed to release a lot of interesting new products to the market. There is something to be surprised at both in terms of motorcycle design and in terms of technical capabilities. In our review of 10 motorcycles that were released over the past year.

1. Suzuki SV650

Base price: $ 7900

Few bikes are as popular as the SV650, so Suzuki decided to redesign the original 1999 model. The styling of the new bike is more retro than the previous model. The SV engine and frame remain unchanged, but Suzuki engineers say more than 140 parts of the bike have actually been changed. Power is about 75 horsepower, but the overall weight of the motorcycle has been reduced, which means it will be even more manageable.

2. Indian Scout Sixty

Base price: $ 8999

The revival of the Indian brand was a huge success for parent company Polaris, based on the much-loved Scout bikes today. However, a Scout with a 1133cc 100 horsepower engine costs just over $ 11,000. Today, more affordable Scout Sixty's are on sale, which cost more than $ 2,000 less. At the same time, they have a slightly smaller engine (1000 cubes), as well as 5 gears instead of six.

3. Ducati Scrambler Sixty2

Base price: $ 7995

The Ducati Scrambler is a favorite among the true bike lovers. It's a unique combination of an old school dirt bike with a minimalist street bike. There is only one bad thing about this motorcycle - it is quite expensive. The Scrambler with all the styling additions is around $ 12,000. But there is one model that is much more affordable - for less than $ 8,000, you can get the Sixty2, which looks just as cool, but features a 399cc 41L air-cooled engine. .s., instead of the much stronger 800cc engine that is used in most models. The Sixty2 may not be the fastest Ducati, but it's perfect for newbies and brand lovers alike.

4. Kawasaki Z800

Base price: $ 8399

The new Z800 should be a direct competitor to the Yamaha FZ-09, which was released last year. This model is intended for the same audience as Yamaha, namely - for those who want to purchase a stripped-down sports car that will be used for daily commuting.

5. Triumph Bonneville Street Twin

Base price: $ 8700

Bonneville bikes - the new line of the manufacturer Triumph - were originally made in retro style. In 2016, the classic English cars received a complete modernization and were equipped with stronger engines and an improved chassis. The cheapest option is the Bonneville Street Twin, which can be purchased for $ 8,700. While the bike looks old, that doesn't mean it isn't equipped with the latest technology. For example, an English motorcycle has a USB charging port under the seat and even a traction control system.

6. Yamaha SR-400

Base price: $ 5990

Motorcycles like Bonneville only look retro but use modern technology. But some bikes are really classics. For example, the Yamaha SR-400 was a hit when it debuted on the market in the 1970s. Not much has changed since then. In 2015, this motorcycle was reissued in the United States with little or no changes.

7.KTM Duke 390

Base price: $ 4990

The racing roots of KTM are immediately felt as soon as you start this bike. At the same time, the Duke 390 feels great off-road. The main features of the motorcycle are a powerful 373 cc engine, a very responsive chassis and a fairly low weight.

8. Star Bolt C-Spec

Base price: $ 8690

Yamaha Star's motorcycle cruiser division launched the Bolt in 2014 as a low-cost competitor to the legendary Harley Sportster. It quickly became the company's best seller. The Bolt C-Spec hit the market this year with a sportier styling and a distinct retro feel. The C-Spec uses the same 942cc V-Twin as the outgoing model, but the suspension settings are better suited for cornering. It's worth noting that this is still a heavy cruiser, and therefore won't be as playful on twisty roads as a dedicated sports bike.

9. Honda CBR300R

Base price: $ 4719

Unlike some motorcycle manufacturers, Honda makes sport bikes readily available to most people. The CBR250R was a breakthrough and easy enough for novice riders. The new CBR300R is intended to replace the previous model and has been slightly improved. It is also worth noting that this inexpensive and nimble Honda is equipped with ABS, so it feels great on the road even in the rain.

10. Harley-Davidson Softail Slim

Base price: $ 14,899

Large Harley motorcycles tend to be off the charts. A pleasant exception is the new Softail Slim. Of course, 15 thousand dollars is not cheap. But this is the cheapest way to get into the saddle of a real Harley.

We will continue the automotive theme with a story about comfortable road trips for the whole family.

A motorcycle is not just a vehicle, it is a lifestyle. And if motorists who prefer to move on four wheels perceive a motorcycle as a luxurious toy or extreme entertainment, then for real bikers it is a favorite means of transportation, the most convenient way to get to work, go shopping and just travel. This review contains the most popular bikes on the Russian market.

1. Honda Steed 400

This model was launched back in 1988. The bike has a low power (31hp) and is ideal for beginners who like cruisers. Honda Steed 400 has good handling and reliability, and at the same time an affordable price. This makes the model very attractive. But, having skated on such a bike for several seasons, there is still a desire to change it for something new, since it has a stiff suspension and a small volume of the gas tank, and tall people are not entirely comfortable on it.

2. Yamaha R1

This motorcycle was created exclusively for speed (it can accelerate to 300 km / h). They need good driving skills to drive. Regardless of the fact that the model has an absolutely rigid suspension, which in combination with Russian roads becomes even more uncomfortable, the Yamaha R1 finds more and more admirers every year.

3. Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200

Perhaps every motorcycle lover dreams of "Harley". The Sportster 1200 successfully combines prestige and power with quality and value.

4. Honda Goldwing GL-1800

In Russia this model is often called "Golda". It has everything you need to travel on a motorcycle with the utmost comfort. At the same time, the attractive appearance makes this bike even more desirable. The only thing that can stop the buyer is the impressive price.

5. Honda VT-750

The design of this model is fully consistent with the classic look of an American cruiser. The Honda VT750 attracts classic bike enthusiasts and riders.

6. Suzuki GSX-R 600

This bike was launched back in 1992. and to date, there are already 7 of its modifications. The sportbike has aggressive shapes and unusually colored plastic, which makes it spectacular and memorable. It should be noted that the Suzuki GSX R600 is absolutely not adapted for driving on poor-quality roads, it requires significant costs during repairs and high fuel consumption.

7. Kawasaki ER-6f

In Russia, this sport bike was named "Ruff". The model began to be produced in 2006, it has an unusual design, low fuel consumption and small dimensions, which makes this bike attractive for city driving.

8. Yamaha R6

This sport bike was launched in 1998. The first thing you remember about it is the great sound.
The Yamaha R6 is equally well suited for driving on city streets and for tracks. It is one of the most powerful of all bikes (V \u003d 600 cm,) that can be purchased for riding on public roads.

9. Honda CBR-600rr

This is a great sport bike that is suitable for both track and city driving. But buying it raises questions from specialists, since it is impossible to fully develop its potential, and it is simply unrealistic to drive it over long distances on Russian roads. However, this does not stop potential buyers, and every year there are more and more of them in Russia.

10. Honda SV-400 (in various modifications)

This bike was launched back in 1992. It is lightweight and has a classic design. Honda SV400 is distinguished by good dynamics and reliability, which made this bike a winner in the TOP-10 of the most popular motorcycle models in Russia.

Those bikers who want something special should see it.

The dream of a motorcycle is perhaps the only thing that unites most pedestrians, car drivers and public transport passengers in a dense traffic flow. And if you are one of those who, with the arrival of spring, thought about purchasing an iron horse, and more than once imagined yourself ahead of endless city traffic - this review will help you decide on the model. Powerful and heavy or light and agile, Asian or European, classic or motard - for those who finally want to decide which motorcycle to buy for city riding, we have prepared a small but effective checklist.

Step 1. Choose cubic capacity

If you are looking for your first city bike, it is best to start with low displacement. They are considered optimal for a beginner, and the maximum allowable. Nobody will forbid you to buy a bike with a liter engine. But first, be honest about whether you can feel confident and can handle his temper. And secondly, city riding imposes certain restrictions, and you simply will not be able to unleash the potential of the bike.

So where should you stop?

250 cubes

Bikes with a small engine volume turn out to be quite light in weight and handling. This is a great solution to the problem of moving from point A to point B. Getting to know two-wheeled vehicles will be much better if they are as predictable as possible. Despite the rather friendly character, the appearance of the 250 models is not inferior in aggressiveness to their older brothers. Just take a look at these models:

  • The RG10J is the brainchild of 2015. Equipped with a 35.5 hp injection motor. Belongs to the category of naked, due to the minimum "uniforms" it weighs only 165 kg. The seat height is 78 cm. It is practical and equipped with a comfortable passenger seat. The lineup is presented in quite bright colors.

  • MC33 - naked, 5 kg lighter than Yamaha, but less powerful. Although at 32 hp it will not be difficult for him to accelerate to a hundred in 8 seconds, the maximum speed of the bike is 150 km / h. But remember that we are choosing a convenient option for the city, and this is quite appropriate for plying between the rows of cars.

400 cubes

  • - the legendary Super Four road builder, which began its history in 1992, and is produced to this day, improving, acquiring new outlines. The model is recognizable by the square headlight, front fairing, silver rims and matching engine covers. The 53-power motor accelerates the 200-kilogram structure to 180 km / h.

600 cubes

The configuration with a 600 cc engine is suitable for those who ride on a smaller volume for several seasons and want to increase power, confidently enter corners and avoid obstacles and who have somewhere to ride outside the city to feel the power of the bike. If you have yes on all three points, these options are for you:

  • - a sports bike, the modern sixth generation of which appeared in 2011. Since then, the model has not undergone major changes and continues to be in demand. The biker has at his disposal a 4-cylinder engine with a capacity of 106-125 hp. depending on configuration. The GSX-R 600 is equipped with a reliable Showa BPF fork, Brembo calipers. A lightweight frame is installed here, and the total weight with equipment is 187kg. Here is a reliable, but temperamental bike, ready to accelerate to 251 km / h. Are you ready not to succumb to his provocations?

  • - the complete opposite of the previous bike. Yes, this is a maxiscooter, and its habitat is the urban jungle. Its 4-stroke engine is not inferior to small motorcycles: 600 cc, 49 hp. It dynamically accelerates and brakes confidently, allowing you to react in time to the constantly changing situation on the road. It is not characterized by windage, and this is important for moving along the highway. Long trips are facilitated by the presence of a 55-liter trunk. An excellent option for those who want to master two-wheeled vehicles, but do it as comfortably as possible. The only thing that will require of you is driving on flat roads.

Step 2. Decide on the class

A motorcycle is more than a means of transportation, but despite this, you need to approach the purchase from a practical side. Analyze the daily route and possible trips, road conditions and driving skills. You can choose which motorcycle is best for the city from the most popular classes:

The best option for both a beginner and an experienced driver who wants not to depend on traffic jams and come to work, study, meeting with friends on time. "Classic" has a comfortable straight fit. Such configurations are quite maneuverable and fit freely between the rows of cars. Roadsters can also be included in this category. Due to the lightweight frame and the absence of fairings, they are quite lightweight - which means they are versatile for confident driving around the city. At the same time, a direct landing is not the best option for high-speed traffic on a suburban highway.

An interesting representative of the class - 2015 with an 800 cc engine and 2017 with a 400 cc engine. At the heart is the V-shaped injection motor. And the exterior resembles bikes of the 70s, which allows the model to be classified as neoclassical. There is a wide enough steering wheel, the seat is comfortable for both the driver and the passenger.

Streamlined, technological, eye-catching - "sports" are favorites of fans of fast driving. Thanks to the low seating position, the biker "merges" with the motorcycle, creating ideal aerodynamic properties. The main conditions for operating a sports bike are high-quality road surface and an experienced driver. If you have confidently checked the boxes next to each item, then you can take "sport", for example, of the seventh generation. The last restyling of the model took place in 2017: it received a more massive, but more streamlined exterior, an inverted fork, enlarged brake discs, a modern advanced system. Weight 190 kg and power 180 horsepower. 3 seconds - and you are already at around 100. The maximum speed is 260 km / h.

As a sports representative of the Old World, it is worth considering the "Briton". Its engine, unlike many 4-cylinder "sports", is equipped with 3 cylinders. 124 horsepower can accelerate Daytona to 253 km / h. Installed ABS can be disabled, and a dedicated track system is available for rear wheel slip. For those who don't want to mess with the clutch, a quickshifter configuration is available. Let us remind you once again that “sport” is the choice of experienced bikers. If you plan to buy it for training and install roll bars, the bike's design might not allow it.

Motards

For those who spend most of their time on the road, but do not mind turning off-road, this is a great option. Even though there are road tires, the motard feels great on bumps and dirt. Evaluate the road surface of your city before buying. Perhaps motard will be appropriate where a sports or classic road builder gives up and stays in the garage.

And here are the top class representatives:

  • , produced until 2017 - equipped with a 250 cc derated engine, 17-inch wheels. Differs in increased suspension rigidity. Weighs only 136 kg.

  • 2013 - a rare but interesting specimen for Russian roads. The model is produced for the Japanese market, equipped with a smaller cubic capacity engine, which is found on the popular CBR500.

  • - produced from 2007 to the present day based on the road version of the ER-6. Long suspension travel, adjustable front fork, reduced engine power and improved traction at low revs add confidence to Versis, both on city curbs and on mountain serpentines.

Step 3. Choose functionality

Above mentioned are the "chips" that can be equipped with modern motorcycles. Let's just leave here a list of functions that will make driving around the city more comfortable, especially if you start to master riding a bike:

  • ABS - prevents the wheels from locking.
  • TCS - prevents the tire from losing traction on the track.
  • ACC - Controls the speed of the bike in heavy traffic to avoid collisions.
  • AWC - limits front wheel lift.
  • Quickshifter - Shifts gears without fuss with the clutch (alternative to automatic transmission).

The presence of additional equipment is not only a convenient, but also a costly solution. A comfortable LED dashboard and improved optics can also increase the cost of the bike. More on costs in the next step.

Step 4. Competently calculate the budget

Having compiled the image of a dream motorcycle, it is worth considering that the younger, bulkier, more powerful and technologically advanced the model, the more expensive it is. For example, a Honda VTR 250 can be bought for 250,000 rubles. Honda CB 400 of the same year will cost about 400,000 rubles, and the CB 400 of 2018 will require a little more than 600,000 rubles. The age of the same series with a 750 cc engine will pull 1,000,000 rubles.

When buying your first bike, every motorcycle enthusiast is guided by his own considerations. There are thousands of models on the market today and it is very easy to get confused. And which bike should a beginner choose in the end?

It can be difficult for a novice motorcycle enthusiast to understand a huge number of parameters, evaluate the operation of the engine and clutch, but there are basic points that you must pay attention to when buying your first motorcycle.

For example, beginners are advised to choose bright bikes so that they are clearly visible in the traffic. Do not forget about the price, because too expensive an advanced model may be useless under the control of a rider with little experience.

We'll talk more about which first motorcycle to buy for a beginner below.

Thousands of motorcycle models are currently on the market

Gender and height of the future owner

The dimensions of the motorcycle should be comfortable for the owner. If this is a girl, then it is better to look after a small, light model. The height of the bike is also important: the rider should easily place both feet on the ground while sitting behind the wheel. With regard to landing, in no case should you buy a motorcycle that is very uncomfortable to sit on: your back and arms should not be tense.

Cubature

Cubature is the engine displacement. Accordingly, the smaller it is, the more intensively the motor has to work to achieve specific speed or acceleration indicators. But at the same time, the larger the engine displacement, the more fuel it needs to operate. There are models with an engine capacity of 2000 cubic meters, but for beginners it is better to limit themselves to 400-600.

A beginner rider needs to remember the main rule: the more cubic capacity, the worse it forgives mistakes on the road.

250 cubes

Motorcycles with this engine size are usually representatives of the budget segment. A huge number of models from Chinese manufacturers captivate with affordability and simplicity, but sometimes disappoint with their low reliability and build quality.

The dimensions of the motorcycle should be convenient for its owner

The most common motors are 165FMM, 166FMM, 167FMM, 169FMM and 170FMM. All are air-cooled with two valves per cylinder. Such engines were installed in many models of the Japanese car industry in the 80s and 90s. They are resistant to overheating and have a long service life if the oil is changed in a timely manner. If you want more dynamics, you can look for 170MMF on the market, but it will cost more.

"Chekushki", as motorcycles with such a cubic capacity are also called, otherwise have the same filling: a telescopic fork, a 5-speed gearbox and disc brakes.

400 cubes

A 400cc motorcycle for a beginner is considered the best option. Acceleration from such an engine will be sufficient, and good handling will not let you down at a difficult moment. These bikes usually reach speeds of up to 200 km / h without difficulty, so it is important to be careful, especially at first.

600 cubes

"Serious vehicles" come from such a cubic capacity. Everything above is difficult to compare with each other - the ability of a motorcyclist is much more important here. These bikes accelerate to 100 km / h in an average of 3 seconds. A 600cc motorcycle is not the best choice for a beginner, especially considering that such bikes always have sharp brakes and traction that can break the rear wheel from acceleration.

The best option for a beginner is a 400 cc motorcycle.

Specifications

It is also important to remember about such parameters as:

  • Engine power. Motorcycle engines can be up to about 170 hp. Beginners are advised not to be greedy and stop at 35-50;
  • Motor type. There are two-stroke and four-stroke. The ideal option for a beginner is a two-stroke. It is simple, reliable and easy to maintain. The four-stroke is considered more environmentally friendly, but demanding on fuel quality. Plus, it's not as reliable;
  • Power reserve. This indicator depends on the capacity of the fuel tank and engine consumption;
  • Torque. In other words, the number of revolutions of the motor. The more there are, the faster the bike will accelerate;
  • Maximum speed. Beginners should be more careful when driving at high speed. Cross motorcycles on a flat road develop a speed of no more than 70 km / h, tourist bikes are capable of delivering around 130, and sport bikes can drive all 300;
  • Transmission. Mechanics or automatic. The first option allows you to better feel and control the bike. Automation is usually installed on bike models designed for long-distance travel;

Availability and simplicity captivate a huge number of models from Chinese manufacturers
  • Rear wheel drive. Can use gimbal, chain or toothed belt. The chain is easy to replace and inexpensive. The belt lasts a long time but needs regular cleaning. Cardan is unpretentious in maintenance, but rarely found in models for beginners;
  • Brakes. They can be mechanical, drum or disc. The mechanics are simple and reliable, inexpensive and often used in budget motorcycles. The drum brake system is resistant to dirt and water. Disc brakes can stop the bike at any speed. Also, the rear and front brakes can be separate, or connected in one system;
  • Wheels. Their width and diameter determine the stability and speed of the motorcycle. For urban conditions, 12 ″ and 14 ″ wheels are suitable. Touring models are often equipped with 15-16 inch wheels. Sportbikes are usually set at 17-19ʺ.

Ease of operation

The simpler the bike is in its device, the better for a beginner. A large number of various functions should not attract at first. It is much better to start with something simple yet reliable.

The cost

Buying an expensive bike is not wise. A used motorcycle or a model of the budget segment is quite suitable for the start. If it turns out that motorcycles are not quite what you like, the budget will not suffer much. In addition, if it turns out that life without a motorcycle can no longer be imagined, then selling an inexpensive bike and changing to something more serious will not be difficult. A budget motorcycle for a beginner is not always a used technique, because now there are enough inexpensive models from different manufacturers on the market.

What class of motorcycle is preferable for a beginner?

Classics

To understand which motorcycle to choose for a newbie for the city, attention should be paid to the most versatile class of motorcycles. A straight fit, proven design and ease of maintenance - a classic motorcycle for a beginner is just the right thing. In addition, outwardly, the bike may resemble a chopper, only the rider's position is not so imposing.

An urban road bike for a beginner is usually not designed for high-speed riding and is easy to maintain.

Cruisers

An upright seating position and a low seat, as well as considerable weight and plenty of chrome elements. These bikes are not designed for high-speed riding, but allow you to comfortably enjoy riding on smooth roads. A motorcycle cruiser for a beginner is considered the most preferred option.

Simple bikes are recommended for beginners

Sportbikes

Recognizable in the stream thanks to a plastic fairing and a loud enough high-speed engine. They have crazy dynamics with low weight. High power and controllability allow for high speed in road circuit motorcycle racing. Embryo seating is also a feature of the sportbike. Which cross-country motorcycle is better for a beginner to buy is not an easy question, because most representatives of this class are quite difficult to control, and in unskillful hands they will cause danger on the road.

Nakeda

A motorcycle without plastic trim plates, fairings, or windshield.

Turers

This is the name given to bikes specially designed for long distance riding. Roomy fuel tank, comfortable fit, impressive dimensions. Here, comfort is preferred, and handling fades into the background.

They can be equipped with airbags, air conditioners and radio tape recorders.

Enduro

Motorcycles designed for off-road driving. They have good cross-country ability, maintainable and lightweight bikes.

Sportbikes are powerful and responsive

Motards

The same enduro, but equipped with 17-inch wheels, powerful braking system and suspension. Suitable for both off-road and asphalt driving.

Before going anywhere on a motorcycle, a beginner rider should be proficient in some basic things. Two-wheeled vehicles need proper maintenance as much as a car. What should a beginner know about motorcycles before purchasing their first iron horse?

  • It is very important not to forget to change the engine oil in a timely manner. According to the rules, this is required to be done every 5-6 thousand kilometers. If the bike is equipped with a high-speed engine, then the lubricant is changed every 3 thousand.
  • For beginners, it is better to consider that injection motorcycles are easier to maintain. The carburetor requires more fine tuning, so at first it is better to entrust the care of such a fuel system to a professional.
  • As for the brakes, it is quite enough to change the brake fluid once a year. It is better not to save on it, because the safety of both the motorcyclist and other road users directly depends on the quality of braking.
  • The chain transmission is considered the most difficult to maintain, but it is also inexpensive. The chain is lubricated every 500-1000 kilometers, and replaced every 12000. The cardan drive does not require much attention, but if you completely forget about changing the oil in the gearbox and do not change the anthers, then such a transmission will come out very soon.

Two-wheeled vehicles need proper maintenance

Honda GL1500 Gold Wing

Touring motorcycle with six-cylinder 100 horsepower engine. Equipped with a reversing system.

Aprilia RS 125

An inexpensive bike with a 125cc engine and 33 horsepower. The appearance can be called the main advantage, because at first glance it may seem that this is a professional sports bike, but it is not. Suitable for beginners who value, first of all, external indicators than the filling. The bike is lightweight and the build quality is high. The sound from the exhaust pipe is more like a scooter than a sports bike, so it's unlikely to dominate the track.

Yamaha YZF1000 Thunderace

Famous Japanese sports bike, produced from 1996 to 2001. Maximum engine power - 145 HP at 8500 rpm, volume - 1000 cubic meters. The speed limit is 264 km / h.

A classic model that was produced from 1989 to 1997. Engine power - 59 HP at 12,000 rpm. A very popular bike in Russia due to its low cost. A great option for a beginner rider.

Outwardly, the motorcycle is contrasting and daring. Chopped lines add balance and integrity. The main advantage is the fit. The short tank does not force you to reach far to the handlebars - the landing is almost vertical and with a straight back. The single-cylinder engine makes this bike narrow, so the knees hug the tank comfortably.

Ease of technology is important in the city, the Duke weighs 160 kg with a full tank, even a little for a road bike. An adult motorcycle looks more like a 125 or 200 cc in cubic capacity, and all thanks to the designers and designers who made it compact.

The comfortable speed of this motorcycle is 125-135 km / h. It is in this high-speed mode that the back and arms do not get tired. ABS system allows the rider not to think about the force of pressing the handle and brake pedal. The diameter of the fork has decreased to 43mm, but now there is no hydraulic adjustment, the shock absorber is also not hydraulically adjustable.

The steering angle has been increased, which gives the motorcycle confident maneuverability.

This bike is popular only in the metropolis, it is in a very dense traffic that the full potential of the motorcycle is revealed. Residents of other cities will not understand a motorcycle without plastic that does not ride 250.

Honda CB600FA

One of the most important models in Europe in the middle weight category in the "Naked" class is the Honda CB600F Hornet.

Confident power, comfort, lightness and ease of use make this motorcycle ideal for the city. The modern and stylish design has won the hearts of motorists.

The design of the motorcycle is based on consumer preferences. By combining the improved dashboard design with the headlight, the front end of the motorcycle has been streamlined. And the panel itself, with a digital LCD tachometer, speedometer, dual trip meters, fuel gauge and clock, not only complements the motorcycle's innovative style, but also makes driving much easier. The CB600F Hornet is powered by a compact engine with innovative PGM-FI electronic fuel injection, a combination of state-of-the-art ABS anti-lock brakes and a host of advanced high-tech equipment to provide optimum levels of safety and comfort. Thanks to the modifications carried out, the CB600F Hornet can rightfully be considered the leader in the class of motorcycles with an average displacement "Performance Naked".

Yamaha MT07

The company claims that the bike is suitable for advanced riders who have grown out of small capacity equipment, but have not yet grown to a liter.

The key secret to the MT-07A's unmistakable character is its engine. With an uneven flashing interval, the 270-degree crankshaft provides powerful acceleration and excellent traction. The torque is distributed linearly over the entire operating range.

The design of the link rear suspension is made according to the Monocross system. The monoshock is installed horizontally directly on the engine crankcase. For better acceleration, the MT-07A has a short 530mm swingarm at the rear.

The motorcycle weighs 180 kg, which is undoubtedly a plus for the city.

Kawasaki ER6-N

In motorcycle circles, the motorcycle was called "Ruff". An interesting design called "anti-fashion" and an attractive price are the items that attract Kawasaki lovers. Riders note the ease of landing. Due to the wide steering wheel, you have to slow down in a narrow aisle.

Among the features of the technical filling of the motorcycle:

  • 8-valve EFI injector with Keihin throttle valves and electronic ignition;
  • Modern electric starter;
  • Six-speed gearbox;
  • Wet multi-plate clutch.

The bike is balanced in handling thanks to a stable suspension. At the front, brand new high-tech double brakes with 300 mm discs and double pistons were installed. Only small sport bikes can boast of such a system.

Yamaha XJ6N

The Yamaha XJ6N is a versatile mid-range bike tuned for a leisurely ride. The motorcycle is intended primarily for novice riders: it is very easy to drive. The engine begins to deliver maximum thrust at very low revs, so you can get under way from almost idle. This characteristic also contributes to brisk starts from traffic lights: the XJ6N can shoot faster than many more powerful bikes.

At the same time, all the controls are made as soft as possible to make the beginner rider more comfortable. The steel frame made the bike quite heavy. The suspension is simple in design. Its capabilities are enough for a comfortable ride on quality roads, but on uneven asphalt it will not be very comfortable. Naturally, it is better not to go on primers.

The bike looks aggressive due to the deliberately protruding headlight and the overall dynamism of the image. In general, it is perceived as more expensive than it actually is. A simple and clear dashboard leaves a pleasant impression, and the rear-view mirrors do not vibrate in any of the driving modes. There are vibrations on the controls, but they are insignificant. But the seat is not very comfortable. It is set low, made unnecessarily narrow and rigid. Because of this, there is no feeling of oneness with the motorcycle, it is not very pleasant to drive.
