Types of UAZ loaf. Tuning UAZ "loaf": hunting palace on wheels

Removing the victims from the zone of radioactive contamination - now it seems nothing more than a terrible fiction, but in the 50s of the last century, when the Cold War was in full swing, the famous "Loaf" UAZ-452 was given just such a task. It was then that the UAZ-452 became an indispensable assistant in almost all sectors of the national economy, and the truth about the true purpose of the car was preserved only in historical chronicles.

The "Loaf" owes its appearance to the Ministry of Defense. The military, who had no doubt that a nuclear war between the Soviet Union and America would begin in the near future, set clear tasks for the factory workers. The car had to be adapted to carry five stretchers and have excellent cross-country ability.

It was only by the second half of the 50s that it became clear that a terrible war would most likely be avoided, but the development of the car by this time was already in full swing. As it turned out, the Americans also worked on a car of a similar design. And they even managed to release it two years earlier, which subsequently gave food for criticism of the domestic car. It turned out that the overseas Ford FC and our "Loaf" had a strikingly similar design. But, reasoning sensibly, there is no need to talk about plagiarism in this case.

Both cars were developed in parallel, and the somewhat belated appearance of the "Loaf" is explained, rather, by the specifics of the country of the Soviets, and not by an attempt to spy on something from the Americans.

The first prototypes, called UAZ-450, were based on a platform from GAZ-69. This made it possible to load up to 800 kilograms of cargo into a car with a wagon layout and, if necessary, develop a speed of 90 km / h on rough terrain. After a series of tests in 1958, the car was put on the assembly line. For almost seven years, the "Loaf" was produced with a 52-horsepower 2.1-liter engine and a 3-speed gearbox. Only in 1965 the car was modernized.

The curved welded frame was replaced by an original straight design, and the suspension underwent a major revision. Loaf received more modern telescopic shock absorbers. It was also decided to abandon the weak engine. The updated car received a 2.5-liter power unit from the GAZ-21, which developed 70 horsepower. There is one more gear shift in the gearbox.

Along with technical changes, a small "facelift" was carried out. The car received the design of the front part familiar to most of us. And at the same time, the new name is UAZ-452. Depending on the purpose of the car, this or that letter was added to it. For example, the ambulance "Loafs" were indexed 452A, a minibus with ten seats - 452B, a truck - 452D.

The variety of modifications of the Ulyanovsk minibus is generally a topic for a separate conversation. The car, designed specifically for the army, turned out to be so successful that during its conveyor life it was repeatedly altered to meet the needs of a particular buyer, not only within the factory walls, but also by the buyers themselves. Numerous auto repair factories have easily cut windows and fitted seats, transforming cargo vans into passenger vans.

UAZ specialists did not sit idly by either. Thanks to them, a tracked all-terrain vehicle, an ambulance with a hydropneumatic suspension, and a 16-seater bus were born on the basis of "Bukhanka". But, unfortunately, there was no talk of mass production of the equipment so demanded in the USSR. Moreover, even the usual versions of the UAZ-452 were not modernized in the 70s. Only during the restructuring, the Ulyanovsk all-terrain vehicle received a 90-horsepower engine, modernized bridges and a vacuum brake booster. The name of the car was also changed to a new one. From now on, a minibus based on the "Loaf" was named UAZ-3962, a van - UAZ-3741, a flatbed truck - UAZ-3303.

Technical characteristics of UAZ-452

The car survived the collapse of the Soviet Union quite confidently. Despite the fact that the opened borders allowed numerous commercial vehicles to pour into the country, the demand for the “Loaf” remained stable. Such an affordable car with such off-road capabilities was simply not produced in Europe. The plant workers, in turn, tried with little blood to modernize the "Loaf".

In 1997, the car was equipped with a 2.9-liter UMP engine with a capacity of 98 horsepower, and 11 years later, the same engine received a modern electronic fuel injection system. This made it possible to fit into the Euro-3 environmental standards. By 2011, UMP-4213 began to comply with Euro-4 standards, and the car itself finally received an ABS system, power steering and seat belts.

Safety and crash test UAZ-452

Although the "Loaf" has hardly become safer from this. A car designed in the 50s of the last century, by definition, cannot provide the driver and passengers with the level of protection that modern standards require. What can I say, if the "Loaf" simply does not have crumpled zones in the front, capable of absorbing the energy of an impact in a frontal collision. Any more or less serious accident for the driver and passenger of a domestic all-terrain vehicle is truly dangerous. And even now we are not talking about a comfortable trip. Stuffiness, shaking, high fuel consumption - these are the realities that everyone who dares to travel in a domestic car will face.

So why is the Loaf still in service? There is simply no adequate replacement for this car. Only the Ulyanovsk all-terrain vehicle is able to easily move along a 30-centimeter snowy virgin soil or ride along the track rolled by the Urals. At the same time, which is extremely important, the "Loaf" is capable of taking on board 5-6 people and several hundred kilograms of cargo.

Add to this the excellent maintainability and design studied over several decades. In most post-Soviet countries, where there are still more directions than roads, many people cannot do without an old "Loaf". At least until the "New Loaf" appears on the conveyor. Pictures of a promising all-terrain vehicle-minibus have been flashed on the network for a long time, but so far they are nothing more than dreams.

P.S. So why was the UAZ-452 called the "Loaf"? They say that for the first time a car was named so during factory tests. Then, when it began to be mass-produced, the memorable name was replicated. However, on the "Loaf" the light did not converge like a wedge. The UAZ-462D truck was popularly called a "tadpole", and the sanitary version of the UAZ-452A was jokingly called a "pill". Is this not evidence of people's love?

In the early 50s of the last century, it seemed that a nuclear war between the USSR and the United States was inevitable. The post-apocalyptic future was perceived as almost inevitable, and the whole question was only who would be better prepared for it. The Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant, which since the Second World War was a "branch" for the production of GAZ-69, on the eve of the almost beginning of the Third, receives a secret order from the Ministry of Defense: to develop a car for ... removal of the wounded and dead from the centers of radioactive destruction.

Almost no one knows about this now, except for a few surviving developers of this car, but in the usual "loaf" with a van body, which you can often see on the streets, the possibility of transporting, in addition to the driver and passenger, five stretchers with the wounded was realized: four of them are fastened along the sides in two tiers, and the fifth ones slide between the side ones ... Amazing? Doesn't sound like the truth? Of course, these facts were strictly classified for many years!

MADE IN USSR

In the second half of the 50s, it began to come to the understanding that if there was an apocalypse, it would not necessarily be right now. Perhaps it will happen tomorrow, but today an all-wheel drive car of a wagon layout, which is almost ready for production, would be very useful in everyday life. The car, which by this time acquired the name UAZ-450, basically had a GAZ-69 chassis with an original body placed on top, drawn by the designer V.I. Aryamov ... They say that the factory testers began to call this car a "loaf".

The car could take on board 800 kg of cargo and reach a speed of 90 km / h. In 1957, preparations for the production of this car were completed, and in 1958 its mass production began. Interestingly, two years earlier, a very similar car, the Ford FC, was launched in the United States. That car had two main variants, a truck with a short and a long cab, the van appeared later and was produced in small quantities (like the model itself, which survived only until 1965), but the controversy over the Soviet and American "loaves" is still ongoing .. Did Aryamov steal the design from the Americans? Hardly - the cars were drawn and developed at the same time (in full accordance with the canons of the "arms race"), just the Soviet, as usual, delayed the release of the series. It's not about plagiarism, but about the general direction of the design of those years - look, for example, at the first Volkswagen Transporter.

Second "loaf"

From 1958 to 1965, a "loaf" under the name UAZ-450 (the letter A was added to the index for an ambulance, B for a van and D for a truck with a wooden body) was produced in its original form: a frame, a 3-speed gearbox and a gasoline a 2.1-liter engine producing 52 hp, all in its pure form from the GAZ-69 (the same engine, by the way, was put on the GAZ-20 "Pobeda"). By the mid-60s, the car was made more technologically advanced, having moved away from a direct relationship with an army jeep: the curved welded frame changed to an original straight one made of a channel profile, lever shock absorbers gave way to telescopic ones, and the power unit was borrowed from the GAZ-21 Volga - the overhead valve 2.5-liter 70-horsepower engine was mated to a 4-speed gearbox. In addition, the layout of the power unit and steering itself was optimized.

Along with this, the car also received a "facelift" - the design of the front of the cab in the form in which we know this car now. In 1965, the modernized truck UAZ-452D went into production (it received the apt nickname "tadpole" among the people), a year later other modifications were tightened up: the UAZ-452 van, the "nurse" UAZ-452A (she was nicknamed "tablet" or " pill "), and the ten-seater minibus UAZ-452V, which first appeared in the range. By the way, according to one version, this "too civilian" and expensive modification for the UAZ of those years was born almost by accident - people from Avtoexport, an organization that sold Soviet cars abroad, insisted on it. Although the "minibus" version was laid down in the first sketches!

Variations

"Loaf" is a Soviet car-record holder for the number of modifications and "tuning versions". This is due to two factors: a) the car turned out to be very successful and in demand; b) UAZ had a strong "sharpening" for the army and at the same time very modest production capacity. Modifications can be divided into two large groups: made by third-party organizations and the UAZ itself. The first group, numerous options for "non-factory tuning", were generated mainly by the long absence in the minibus range - auto repair and mechanical factories converted vans into buses, cutting windows and installing seats. Such machines, nicknamed "barbuhaikas", were deprived of normal ventilation, heating, and even entry-exit, but they saved the situation.

And moreover - "barbukhaiki" provoked the development of a whole new branch of the Soviet automobile industry: over time, quite decent minibuses began to be produced on the "loaf" chassis, sometimes even superior to the factory UAZ-452V in terms of comfort - such, for example, were the minibuses APVU (Pskov Automobile Repair Plant ). And then the same factories began to assemble specialized transport on the same proven platform - this is how autocine moving vehicles (Kuban plant), cars for filming (Chernigov special motor transport plant) and even land reclamation equipment (Pskov Gidroimpulse plant) appeared. As for UAZ's own research, the engineering staff gave rise to just a gigantic number of all kinds of prototypes, and what a pity that most of them did not find a place on the conveyor: an ambulance with a soft hydropneumatic suspension, an ambulance car for rescuers, a 16-seat bus , caterpillar all-terrain vehicle, truck tractor ...

Evolution

During the 1970s, "loaves" were practically not modernized. But during the restructuring in 1985-1989, the family of all-terrain vehicles was nevertheless updated: the engine power was raised to 90 hp, a double-circuit brake drive with a vacuum booster and modernized bridges with different gear ratios were installed. The designations of the versions also changed: the flatbed truck became known as UAZ-3303, the van - UAZ-3741, the minibus - UAZ-2206, and the ambulance - UAZ-3962.

In 1997, the car finally received a new engine - UMZ-4218 with a volume of 2.9 liters and a capacity of 98 hp. In 2008, this engine, together with the Bosch company, with which UAZ collaborated in the field of electronic fuel injection, was modernized, it became known as UMZ-4213 (2.9 liters, 99 hp) and met the Euro-3 standards. And in March 2011 it was brought to "Euro-4", in addition to this, having supplied the car with seat belts of the same standard ("Euro-4"), the ABS system and the power steering ... All these are laudable attempts to fit into modernity, but now they are already clearly reminiscent of the expression "what a dead poultice" - by now the car, designed in the early 60s, does not meet any requirements.

Advantages and disadvantages

This car in its current form will never pass the European crash test. The drivers even have such a sad joke about the "loaf": "to death 1.5 millimeters." This means the distance that separates those sitting in the cabin from the "street" - there is nothing in this car that could dampen the impact energy in a collision. Add to this the complete lack of comfort in its modern sense (if someone has never ridden in such a car, try it, you will have a wonderful experience - it shakes there mercilessly and at any speed) and very high fuel consumption (passport for the combined cycle - 13 l / 100 km, but real - 5-7 liters more). So why is this car still alive?

Is it irreplaceable?

In cross-country ability, the "loaf" is almost on a par with its "brother", the great and terrible UAZ-469 (aka 3151, now Hunter). Even the rear-wheel drive version of the loaf (in the 1960s-1970s there was also such a one) was able to go where ordinary minibuses could not get through - the ground clearance was 230 mm versus 170-180 for "civilians"! Think about it: four-wheel drive "loaves" are capable of overcoming a 40-centimeter virgin snow and calmly move along the track rolled out by loaded "Urals". And the simplicity of the design allows you to make repairs practically in the field and without special tools - here they are, army roots!

So is there no replacement for her? And what, in this case, is prepared for her? Fall under a production ban after the introduction of new safety and environmental standards? Yes, this is a very likely outcome. But ... as we know, UAZ participates in the "Cortege" project (which, in addition to equipment for the government, also implies "civil" versions of cars), and now in Ulyanovsk, work has begun with a completely new platform, on which by 2018 they should start build a wide family of SUVs. It is also possible that UAZ will build (attention!) Minibuses on the same platform. Indeed, why would a UAZ, which is going through a difficult "transition" period, refuse such an exclusive niche as an all-terrain minibus? .. "NEW loaf" ?! Why not! We fantasized about how such a car might look, and this is what we got ...

Since the plant of cars in Ulyanovsk launched the production of a recognizable modification, the UAZ Bukhanka technical characteristics have changed and improved. Many years have passed since 1965, when the first copy rolled off the assembly line. However, the cult model, marked "452" and today fulfills the assigned tasks, surprising the user with its reliability, maneuverability, and unpretentiousness.

Visually, the car has not changed, but upon closer examination it becomes clear that the modifications are different. A versatile all-wheel drive vehicle, available in several versions, covering the maximum customer needs. External shortcomings did not affect demand, they take the car for confident off-road movement. Constructive developments influenced the success of the "Loaf" and were taken as a basis for the production of current cars with the ability to drive off-road.

UAZ-452 "Loaf" car:

Car appearance

The prototype of the first "452", called "Loaf" by the people, was the Soviet car GAZ-69. Creating UAZ in the fifties, the constructive solutions and developments of GAZ made it possible to design all suitable chassis with the ability to transport goods. It was planned to install both an onboard body and a van made of metal on the platform.

GAZ-69 car:

In the 58th, on the running platform GAZ-69 of an extended modification, a car with all-wheel drive, marking UAZ-450, is published. The car came out in versions: a van, a truck with sides, an ambulance. The power plant was installed on the transport under the driver's cab, the engine was borrowed from GAZ. The engine with a lower valve arrangement, a volume of 2.4 cm3, produced 62 horsepower. The impulse to the wheels is transmitted by means of a gearbox with three stages and a dispensing mechanism in two stages.

Subsequently, based on the brand, the UAZ-451 model was released, which had a drive to the rear axle. The machine is equipped with a power plant with an upper valve arrangement, produced by the Ulyanovsk plant. The impulse to the wheels was transmitted by a box with four steps. On the outside, the design of the cockpit took on features that have survived to this day.

The modernization of the UAZ-450 led to the appearance of the “452” model in the 65th, which was called by the people “Loaf” for its characteristic resemblance to a product made of bread. UAZ 452 loaf technical characteristics, which led to popularity and recognition, is in demand by the strata of society. The seventy-fourth year was marked by the release of the millionth UAZ-452. For its contribution to the development of the automotive industry and for the successful modification, the plant has been awarded many times. Later, the product was awarded the All-Union Quality Mark (1977).

For twenty years of release, no changes or improvements have been made to "452". In 1985, it was decided to change the marking of cars leaving the factory. The 442nd was marked as “3741” and is still used today. “Loaf” in today's version is equipped with a motor with fuel atomization that meets the Euro-4 standard, a mechanism that prevents the wheels from locking, and a hydraulic power steering.

Vehicle description

The characteristics of the UAZ-452, laid down by the designers when calculating the car, make it possible to operate the product on surfaces with all kinds of coating. The permeability was achieved due to the 4x4 scheme, and the fact that the dimensions of the UAZ Loaf are in the optimal proportion. The modification performs all sorts of tasks, starting with the delivery of people and cargo and finishing using it as an armored vehicle.

Many experiments were carried out on the car. For example, the designers tried to put the body on a caterpillar drive, or use equipment for driving on rails. The experiment was a success, but further experiments did not go.

UAZ-452 "Loaf" with a caterpillar drive:

Calculating the car, the primary task was to create a transport capable of carrying eight hundred kilogram cargo. This explains the choice of the GAZ-69 platform as the basis. Later it became clear that the product was of insufficient length and could not withstand such a load. The platform was finalized by releasing modifications: with sides and with a salon. The modification with the interior was later reinforced with ribs on the roof, located across. The people nicknamed the cars “Tadpole” and “Loaf”, respectively, for their visual similarity.

The design and location of the car doors in each modification is different. As an example, the 452-A is equipped with horizontally opening doors. The body of the vehicle is equipped with one-leaf doors, the rear of the two-leaf doors. Seats and the distribution of seats in the cabin are also related to classification and purpose. The performance indicators of the UAZ-452 car, the dignity of the model, for which the user loves and appreciates this transport. The car is not whimsical to fuel, it is economical, the average consumption is 17 liters per hundred, and a sufficient power reserve is provided by a 50-liter gas tank. The power plant is reliable and rarely breaks down, the main breakdown is associated with the spark plugs.

The car is popular due to the characteristics that are inherent in the car. For the sake of metrics, the user is willing to put up with the design. In addition, some inconveniences, such as the lack of a rpm meter on the dashboard, do not affect demand.

Dimensions UAZ Loaf length and width

During the production of "Loaf", the parameters of the length and width of the vehicle body have not changed. There was no point in upgrading the equipment, since the design combined spaciousness and maneuverability. As mentioned, the length of the car is 4.36 meters, the width is 1.94 meters, the height of the UAZ Loaf is 2.09 meters.

The indicators allow the car to reach a speed of 127 kilometers per hour, and the climb angles - easily overcome an angle of 30 °. The vehicle's ground clearance is 22 centimeters. With this indicator, the transport overcomes a ford 0.5 meters deep.

The aspect influencing the popularity is the price of the car. A democratic approach, in comparison with competitors, gives sufficient capacity. The car safely transports a ton of cargo. In addition, the technique is used as a passenger vehicle. Various UAZ-452 models carry from two to ten people. In addition, the transport is equipped with a trailing device, the weight of the product varies from 0.75 to 1.5 tons.

Dimensions of the UAZ-452 "Loaf" car:

UAZ Loaf interior dimensions

Like the dimensions, during the time of release, the car interior did not lend itself to change, the design and convenience are simple. The vehicle is designed for the user who uses the machine every day, on normal roads and off-road.

UAZ-452 "Loaf" car, driver's seat:

Steel dashboard with a simple speedometer dial. In rainy weather, the wipers wash the glass with movements directed in opposite directions. Driver's seat with a minimum set of adjustments and lateral support. The power plant is located on the right of the driver, this affects the noise in the cabin. The engine cover is not able to absorb noise and vibration, as a result, knocking and rattling on bumps.

A positive element, the use of seat belts and hydraulic power steering (early models were equipped with a mechanical drive). Since 2016, the devices have been placed in a single speedometer dial. There is also a niche for installing audio equipment, which must be bought by the owner. Improved noise isolation makes the ride comfortable.

The interior of the UAZ-452 "Loaf" car:

Passengers are accommodated on benches made of leatherette. The capacity of the car is ten people, together with the driver. It is not necessary to talk about the comfort of movement, especially for long intervals, but off-road driving on the UAZ Loaf, the dimensions and dimensions of the cabin smooth out this drawback.

UAZ-452 modifications

Since its inception, the UAZ-452 Bukhanka car has been constantly modernized and refined. This became the reason for the appearance of modifications, the number of which leads the user to a stupor.

UAZ-452 "Farmer" car:

  • Models "452" that have become widespread:
  • "A" - ambulance car (seats - 6, or 4 devices for transporting patients);
  • "AS" - an improved ambulance car;
  • "AE" - a frame used for attaching various canopies;
  • "B" - a bus for carrying ten passengers;
  • "D3303" - a truck with a 4x4 wheel arrangement and a cab for 2 people;
  • "D" - a car for a TV crew;
  • "G" - ambulance car, increased volume;
  • "K" - a car carrying sixteen passengers (individual order);
  • "P" - a tractor serving semitrailers with a hitch.

Advantages and disadvantages

The advantage of the model, the availability of components and ease of replacement of parts. This feature, coupled with the technical characteristics, balances the shortcomings. So, the car moves on a bad road, while transporting cargo in a spacious cabin. The car holds ten passengers and a thousand kilograms of cargo. The workload does not affect the resource of the nodes and does not damage the structure.

UAZ-452 "Loaf" off-road vehicle:

The car is suitable for travel, the interior is equipped with a table, heating and other comfort items. The power plant is reliable, economical, due to the capacity of the fuel tank, it is possible to transport cargo and passengers over long distances without refueling.

The design of the car is simple, the car is suitable for special tasks. Often the model is used as an ambulance in the army, police. Infrequent breakdowns are easy to repair in the field, which is appreciated in such situations.

The disadvantage of the UAZ-452 car is weak skin, which is upholstered with material that is prone to corrosion. The machine must often be treated with special compounds that extend the service life. Sometimes oxidation is so strong that damaged parts have to be replaced.

A couple of years of operation negatively affect the condition of the body, and after ten years the body is destroyed. The versatility of the car comes to the rescue, body replacement is possible due to the construction of frames.

Lack of car, lack of passive safety elements. Thus, the UAZ-452 does not have airbags that will save the lives of the driver and passenger in the event of a road accident.

At the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant next year, it is planned to serial production of a new version of the minibus. UAZ Loaf of 2018 is a new model, a photo of which can be seen on our website. For a long time, Ulyanovsk citizens could not create such a civilian minibus that could be put into production. This concerned the 90s and then the zero. These or those developments appeared, but business never came to mass production. Most likely, a series of failures will come to an end, and consumers will see a modern minibus that meets the current quality and functionality standards, while being comfortable and maneuverable.

Practical and reliable

This minibus is a good decision on the part of the developers of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant, since its appearance can arouse keen interest among potential consumers, which can also include municipal services of settlements. This vehicle embodies the latest achievements of technical thought of the engineers of the manufacturer. It has good technical data, is reliable in use, and can also be operated for a long time without major repairs. This minibus can replace analogs that have already passed the stage of obsolescence, and physically have already passed full depreciation.

Exterior features

According to the available information, only one copy of the future minibus has been released, which the Ulyanovsk manufacturer plans to launch into mass production. It is a yellow vehicle with a factory emblem on the grille. The novelty has a fresh and attractive appearance, harmoniously fitting into the cohort of minibuses produced by other companies.

In terms of its dimensions, the new UAZ Loaf in a new body 2018, the photo of which is presented on our website, is much larger in size than the well-known analogue of the UAZ-452. The novelty is based on a frame from one of the modern vehicles (UAZ Profi). According to available data, the body of the minibus is made of plastic and is a frame. This makes it possible after a while to increase the resource of the minibus, since plastic, unlike iron, does not undergo corrosion processes.

Interior

As for the design features of the interior of the new minibus from the Ulyanovsk manufacturer, the passengers in it will feel quite comfortable. The 2018 UAZ Loaf salon can accommodate up to fourteen people.

The main features of the interior of the salon:

  • modern dashboard, distinguished by its convenience and functionality, on which there are all the necessary devices for monitoring the technical condition of the minibus;
  • comfortable and fairly reliable seats;
  • efficient heating system;
  • ergonomics of the cabin and ample space in it.

In general, the interior of this minibus cannot be called perfect, since there is something to improve and modernize. Although it can be considered a good option for transporting passengers, especially in a city. In any case, a minibus can be a useful vehicle for city services and private companies that carry passengers.

Technical data

There is information that the diesel engine on the UAZ Patriot 2018, installed on the minibus in question, is powerful enough and allows you to develop an optimal speed in a short time. Its power is 122 hp. The technical features of this minibus include the following parameters:

  • sufficiently functional engine;
  • a modern shock-absorbing system that allows the minibus to move freely over various irregularities, and provides the latter with good cross-country ability;
  • the embodiment of modern technological developments in the parts and assemblies of the vehicle, which facilitates the process of managing it;
  • relatively low fuel consumption and a spacious fuel tank;
  • the presence of an updated braking system and an improved gear shift synchronizer, which is an important factor in terms of ensuring traffic safety;
  • reinforced frame, which affects the safety level of passengers and the driver;
  • other elements that have been improved over the previous model.

This minibus, apparently, will not have all-wheel drive. But this is not a problem if it will be used in an urban environment, rather than driving over rough terrain.

Security

In the process of developing the UAZ Bukhanka minibus, which will be produced in serial volumes, the main requirements related to the safety of passenger transportation were taken into account. A minibus is a vehicle in which passenger transportation can be carried out over short and medium distances.

The updated minibus has the following elements that affect traffic safety:

  • aBS system;
  • additional interior heater;
  • power steering.

The minibus variant, which will be used for cargo transportation or special services purposes, also has a fairly effective security system. This is due to a reinforced frame, a modern damping system, efficient brakes and other elements.

Complete set of UAZ Loaf 2018 in a new body

Apparently, UAZ Bukhanka, which will be produced next year, has two configurations: cargo and passenger. In addition, it is possible to produce this minibus for special services (police and ambulance). Each configuration has some design features that are used to perform its functions by this vehicle. Each configuration of this minibus will have its own additional equipment.

For those sitting in the rear of the passenger compartment, there is another heater with a fan, thanks to which an even, optimal temperature is maintained in the car.

Verdict

Do not forget that this car was originally created not for a comfortable ride of citizens, but for military purposes. And that is precisely why the "loaf" does not take up the overcrossability of any other SUV in areas that are absolutely unsuitable for driving.
