How best to saw the machine saw cut diagram. Favorable offer: sawing machine and what are the risks

For inexperienced car enthusiasts, determining whether a car has been cut or not is a rather difficult task.

Most car owners have heard of such unusual terms as "constructor", "cut", "Lego car", which are applied to transport equipment... Such cars come to our country from abroad. But, hear, that's one thing. Another thing is to familiarize yourself in detail with such vehicles in order to further protect yourself from a rash and dangerous purchase. Let's figure it out.

Characteristics of the term "car-saw"

This concept hides a partial disassembly vehiclewhile its body and frame are also partially sawn. Thanks to this, the cost of importing cars into our country is significantly reduced. The cost of the foreign car itself is also significantly reduced, which after the procedure of cutting the body is no longer a vehicle.

It is worth noting that cutting a car for the purpose of its subsequent sale in many cases is carried out in order to hide serious damage body in case of an accident. During this procedure, the body is partially sawn, often into three parts, and practically nothing is removed from the car. The cost of cutting is much cheaper than the cost of a constructor, or a carp.

What is carpil auto?

This term characterizes the import of a partially disassembled vehicle, that is, the main components (power unit and transmission) are removed from the car, its body and interior are disassembled. In addition, the front of the machine is neatly cut.

notice, that carp is more gentle than sawing, since after its implementation, the rigidity of the body practically does not suffer. It is impossible to find out that the car has undergone the carp procedure without its complete disassembly. The cost of such a vehicle is significantly higher than the cost of a sawn one. Therefore, it is better to stop your choice on it. After the procedure, it is difficult to find traces of mechanical impact (sawing) on the car body, and such vehicles look quite presentable.

The procedures for sawing, carp sawing and the subsequent assembly of cars after them are performed by professionals, therefore, without special knowledge and the presence of certain devices (for example, a thickness gauge), it is unrealistic to determine the car that was imported in this way into the territory of our country. In order to secure the car during its operation and to prevent the body from breaking into pieces in the event of an accident, the body at the cutting points is additionally reinforced with metal sheets.

Construction vehicle: what is it?

This term describes the complete disassembly of one or more vehicles, after which all their parts and components are imported into the country, for example, under the guise of scrap metal. This allows you to significantly save on payment of state duty when importing a construction vehicle into the country. A feature of the designer is that when performing this procedure, cutting the car body is completely excluded.

Such vehicles are common as donors to car owners whose cars are in unsatisfactory technical condition due to an accident, old age or other reasons. In this case, the necessary units, assemblies and parts are dismantled from the designer, most of which are in perfect condition and installed on the car being repaired. In fact, a practically new vehicle is obtained, while it is possible to save half the cost of all spare parts.

When and why did it all appear?

The prerequisite for the emergence of all these semi-legal schemes for the import of vehicles into our country was the increase in the state duty on the import of cars at the end of 2009. As a result, it became extremely unprofitable to import automotive equipment, the volume power unit which starts at 2.0 liters and is over five years old. To circumvent this innovation and save on tax payments, most vehicles were disassembled and imported into the country as scrap metal. Note that such concepts as "carp" and "cut" of automotive technology appeared relatively recently. Moreover, they began to massively saw the cars transported from abroad after the increase in duties, so the idea arose to reduce the cost of importing vehicles into the territory of our country.

The main disadvantage of sawing is that after this procedure, it is quite problematic or simply unrealistic to arrange the sawn body parts as a single structure. Such a machine is beneficial only for purchasing it for parts.

How to protect yourself and not buy a sawn car or a construction kit for the price of a whole vehicle?

It is one thing to order a carp or a saw for certain purposes, but it is quite another to become a victim of deception and purchase such a vehicle in a restored condition on the go. There is no guarantee that a construction vehicle or a cut will have real documents, and not fake ones. In order not to get on such a vehicle, you should completely check the car before buying.

Here are some tips:

 1. It is imperative to check the numbers of the body and the power unit (if the engine has a number) in the traffic police database.
 2. When inspecting the car, do not hesitate to use the thickness gauge and examine with its device the places that are in doubt (for example, visible welds). Often, the assembly of such machines is carried out by professionals who skillfully mask the welding places of body elements. They are always located in its inner side, therefore, in order to inspect them, it will be necessary to remove the casing. It's not hard to guess that most sellers simply won't let you do this.
 3. Seek help from an experienced person who buys cars, knows all the features and nuances of designers, carpils and cuts.
 4. Pay attention to the condition of the door seals and inspect all glass in the vehicle. If there are new sealing elements on a used car, then something is wrong here, and, most likely, the vehicle was disassembled. We turn to the inspection of the glasses. It should be noted here that when transporting the designer, the frontal and rear glass removed from the car. Their poor-quality installation immediately catches the eye. Additionally, all the numbers on the windows should be checked, if they do not match, it is best to refuse to purchase such a vehicle.
 5. Assessing the condition paintwork... We inspect the hinges, sills, hood and trunk. In such places, traces of recent assembly are most often found.

What do we end up with?

What can you say about buying a constructor, saw cut or carp saw? Definitely, it is worth purchasing such a car if its purchase is fully justified, for example, the use of parts and assemblies to restore your vehicle. If you buy a car imported according to a similar scheme for its subsequent operation or resale, it is best to abandon this idea. Why? Because such schemes cannot be called legal, since such a car is honestly sold, as well as it is unlikely to be able to operate it. In any case, you have to take the risk and break the law. It is clear that a sane person does not need extra problems.

It should be understood that sawing is an increased hazard in the event of a road accident, as such a vehicle would simply fall apart.

The term "saw cut" not so long ago appeared in the slang of domestic motorists. The fact is that until recently no one could have imagined what tricks semi-official dealers would condescend to, wanting to bypass the legislative framework.

The thing is that when importing cars from abroad, you have to pay a considerable duty, but if you first cut them, then they can be imported into the country as scrap metal. Naturally, customs duty in this situation will be minimal.

Important! If we take the average figure, then cutting the car allows you to save up to 200 thousand rubles on customs duties. This is more than a weighty argument for any dealer.

Another thing is that the service life of the machines that have been cut is much shorter. Moreover, in most cases they are simply not safe to drive. Of course, the underground craftsmen know their stuff. Already on the territory of Russia, they carefully weld two halves, providing the car with a one-piece appearance.

The seams are carefully masked. As a result, the car after cutting is sold without any problems. The right people make fake vehicle documents. As a result, it becomes almost impossible to distinguish an ordinary machine from one that has been cut.

Of course, a specialist will be able to find welding marks. But for this you need to know what to look for. In most cases, standard tests in the workshop show quite normal results that do not cause any suspicion. Problems arise much later.

What is sawing and how dangerous is it

Sawing machines in detail

Sawing machines is a simple procedure. In the country where the car was purchased, the body is cut into two halves so that the rear part fits into the front without any difficulties. The result is a fairly compact cube filled with details from the inside.

Usually, at customs, a car that has been cut is issued for metal or spare parts. Of course, customs officers understand what is in front of them, but following the letter of the law or their personal interests, they do nothing. As a result, potentially dangerous vehicles appear on the road, capable of endangering the lives of the driver, passengers and other road users by their very existence.

The thing is that not a single underground workshop is able to provide the solidity of the frame that is created at the factory. This is why cutting a machine is so dangerous. An unreliable framework can disintegrate into high speed into two equal parts. You can imagine the consequences of such an incident.

For each class and type of machines, the cut has its own characteristics. Let's say an unscrupulous dealer needs to bring to Russia a batch of sawn Kia rio... In this case, it's pretty simple. The car is sawn in half and folds in half. But if we are talking about an expensive jeep, then only the front or rear part is sawn off.

Attention! During cutting, craftsmen try to cause minimal damage to the upholstery and interior.

As soon as the car goes through customs clearance, it is welded in the nearest workshop. In this case, the process is carried out in such a way that the seam is almost impossible to notice. The fact is that welding is carried out from the inside with all the ensuing consequences.

The outcome is predictable. The cut of the car is hidden under the new upholstery. From the outside, nothing is visible. But the overall integrity of the body drops several times. From the outside, the craftsmen clean the surface, putty the gap and hide the car with varnish. After such a procedure, it is simply impossible to find traces of the operation performed. But there are some tricks to help you acquire quality car.

Important! Usually they try to sell cars of this kind as soon as possible so as not to attract too much attention. Therefore, if a dealer tries to sell a car as quickly as possible, regardless of the price, this is a reason to think at least.

The scale of imports of sawing to Russia

If you look at the statistics for the last year, then about 2000 tons of cars were brought to Russia from Japan alone after cutting. At first glance, this is not much. But do not forget about the inexhaustible flow of Europeans at ridiculous prices, which, after passing our customs, rise in price several times.

Unfortunately, this market segment is in the shadows. Therefore, it is difficult to say anything about the exact volumes of cars brought to Russia after cutting. Nevertheless, one thing is for sure: such a profitable business will definitely not be left without the attention of dishonest people. No wonder more and more drivers are wondering how to protect themselves from buying these cars?

What are the risks of buying a car after cutting

Even if the car body is well welded in the workshop after cutting, this does not mean that everything will be fine. Indeed, some cars of this class can last a surprisingly long time, but what happens if someone pushes you lightly, or the car hits some kind of obstacle?

The result will be impressive. The machine after being cut in a collision simply splits in two. The thing is that when struck, the seams creep. This minimizes the driver and passengers' chances of survival. That is why you should not only carefully check the cars that you buy, but also promptly report to the appropriate authorities if counterfeit is found.

Many “craftsmen” use acetylene when welding sawing. This technique not only does not provide strength, but also guarantees the appearance of rust in the near future.

Important! Even if the machine is constantly in the garage after cutting, rust will corrode the metal.

In machines, after cutting, the electronics often do not work or malfunction. This is not surprising, because the "masters" had to lay everything in a new way, using a combination of old and new wires.

There are a number of faults that most often occur in machines after cutting, these include:

 • Inoperative arrow responsible for the level of gasoline. She usually just stands there and doesn't go anywhere.
 • Lighting problems. Lamps can flash, go out for a while and light up again.
 • The speedometer can decrease or increase the speed level on its own.

To protect yourself and your family from buying a car after cutting, there are a number of recommendations that you should follow.

How to determine the cut

As mentioned above, it all starts with the price. Of course, the owners of dubious businesses also understand this and try to find many reasons to justify the low cost. For example, if the resale is carried out through a private person, then an urgent need for money, along with certain circumstances, is chosen as the reason.

If a wholesaler sells the car after the sawing, he can tell a beautiful story about the collapse of the company and the urgent liquidation of all assets. Therefore, the first thing that should alert you is the price. If it is too low, then the likelihood that the machine went through the cut increases.

Check all documents carefully. Now it is no longer enough just to look at the PTS for a certain amount, you can purchase a very high-quality fake, therefore it is necessary to punch the car's passport at the traffic police databases.

Thorough inspection

Of course, checking documents is an extremely important stage in identifying the sawing of a machine, but in the first place is still a trivial inspection, it is carried out in the following stages:

 1. Checking for seams. Particular attention should be paid to the rear door arch next to the pillars. In this place, it is most difficult to hide the cut of the car.
 2. Pay attention to the paint. In the place of the cut, it will stand out.
 3. Examine the entire body carefully.
 4. Peel off the cladding from the ceiling, and everything becomes clear at once.
 5. Estimate the mileage, some sellers don't even bother to wind up the meter after cutting the car.
 6. Review the gender. If a new insulation is installed in the cabin of an old "Audi" - this is at least a reason to see what is under it.
 7. The final test for cutting the machine will be checking the windows, more precisely, the rubber bands on them. If they are brand new, or glued, it is better not to buy this car.

The ideal option when checking the machine would be a test with a thickness gauge. This device easily detects an additional layer of paint and the presence of putty. It is best used around racks.

Important! The fact is that, despite the appearance, the metal layer at the place where the machine was cut will differ in thickness from the rest of the body, and the device can easily determine this.

Outcome

A machine that has been cut must not be bought under any circumstances. Better to spend 20-30 minutes on a thorough inspection than to drive a car, which at any moment can fall apart in two.

Buying a car is a big event for almost everyone. Everyone is trying to allocate the maximum budget for this event and get a wonderful car that will be able to carry the owner for many years without any problems, will not require repairs and will break down unexpectedly on a long trip. Therefore, buyers often tend to foreign cars brought from European countries. There are a number of reasons for this desire. After all, Europe has good roads, and cars are used there much more carefully than in our country. But when buying a car that was brought from Germany, Poland or Lithuania, there is a chance to get into an unpleasant situation. There is a problem of the so-called auto sawing.

Many experienced car buyers on secondary market know what auto sawing is. This term appeared relatively recently, when the so-called "constructors" have lost their relevance. In the case of the designers, the car was understood in the country where it was bought, transported to Russia, and then assembled. Not always all original spare parts reached our country, and the assembly was very poor. But auto cutting is an even more ridiculous case. In this embodiment, the machine is literally cut into pieces.

Why do many people like to buy cars from Europe or the USA?

Buying a used car from Europe, Japan or the United States is a popular process that is becoming more and more applicable in modern world... Americans are often not very good at transport, but the prices on their secondary market are simply fabulous, because many are eager to buy a car here.

The Japanese used car market is also famous for its value, but the Japanese have thrift. Because the cars from this country come just great. But bringing them from the East is much more difficult. Europe remains the most popular option. The pros of buying a European used car are as follows:

 • high class of cars, lack of low-quality equipment;
 • excellent car care, use of original spare parts and replacement materials;
 • in most countries, excellent roads that contribute to the safety of the car;
 • attuned values made the car a thing that starts to age after three years of operation;
 • cars older than seven years are not mistaken for a full-fledged transport, but in Russia such cars drive well for many years;
 • the cost of cars is quite low, especially in terms of condition and mileage;
 • buying a car from your hands can be an incredibly good deal.

Selling a used car in Germany, for example, is not easy. Used equipment is bought mostly by students and the bankrupt class of the population, everyone strives for car showrooms, luxury shopping. That is why it is profitable to buy used cars in Europe.

Moreover, today in Russia there are a number of companies that can deliver a car according to your order or sell you equipment that has already been brought and registered at customs. It is with the last stage that problems often arise. Auto sawing appeared due to high prices for customs clearance.

Features of auto sawing - why and how is it done?

If you buy a car on your own in Europe, transport it to Russia and register it, there is practically no risk of getting into a car cut. But if you order or buy a car from a company that hauls used equipment, there is every chance of becoming the owner of such a handicraft car.

Dismantling of the car and sawing the body into parts are carried out in order to reduce duties on vehicles. Disassembled and with a sawn body, companies manage to save up to 70% of customs duties, which reduces the cost of the car and increases the amount of profit. Cutting is done as follows:

 • in a European country, a complete disassembly of the body is carried out with the removal of all removable parts from the metal parts of the car;
 • spare parts and parts are packed in different packages and boxes and sent in parts to the recipient in Russia;
 • then the car is cut directly - the body is divided into parts by cutting off the wings, roof, floor from the frame;
 • sometimes the frame itself is also sawn into pieces for transportation;
 • parts with body numbers are either transported by black methods, or left in the country of origin of the car;
 • then in Russia it is possible to buy a used car after an accident for a penny with documents and the production of the so-called twin;
 • if the body number was successfully transported, the car is simply assembled in the garage workshop.

The problem is that the welding work and, in general, the entire assembly of the car is of poor quality. This is far from the factory quality that you would like to get when buying a car. But garage masters know how to do everything relatively beautifully and sell the car to you for good money.

It is very easy to get to the car cut. It is enough to look for a cheaper car, and also give preference to cars brought from Germany or Lithuania. This is where they most often do car cut... There have been cases of sawing in the United States, so do not think that choosing another country to buy will drastically change something.

What problems are possible after buying a car cut?

A very interesting question about what difficulties the buyer of such a car may have. If the assembly in the garage was more or less high quality, then for a couple of months you will enjoy the ride in the car, not paying attention to a couple of subtleties of the steering. Then the car will begin to lead a little to the side, heel, uneven rubber wear will begin.

As you gain driving experience, you will receive more and more confirmation of various problems and will not be able to drive a car normally. Moreover, after a few months of operation, problems with the body will begin to emerge. These are also unpleasant moments. The main problems that auto saw buyers should beware of are the following:

 • poorly made chassis settings, the inability to adjust the wheel alignment;
 • poor performance of the vehicle control system, the presence of a number of inaccuracies in the settings;
 • poor functioning of all the fine picking mechanisms that were installed in the garage;
 • availability a large number poor-quality connections, loose bolts and nuts;
 • constant serious wear of rubber, consumption of other materials and replaceable components;
 • the presence of unprofessional welds that begin the corrosion process throughout the body;
 • very low quality of the body, the possibility of breakdowns and cracks from any irregularities in the road.

In a word, auto sawing is in no way suitable for operating the machine in russian conditions, and in any others too. Such a car is living out its last months after assembly, and buying it will be a commonplace way to throw money away. So it's better to check the car well and not believe the seller's stories about the incredibly high quality.

Immediately after you gave the money to the seller, registered the car for yourself in the traffic police, you became the full owner of the equipment. It is too late to make any claims, because this market is practically not regulated by law. Therefore, be as careful as possible when buying a used car that came to Russia from another country. We offer you to watch a video on how not to buy a car cut:

Summing up

There are a number of troubles that await the car buyer. It is much better and safer to avoid such troubles and always try to study the car as much as possible before buying. Such a study is not always successful, but in the absence of data about the car, it is better to refuse to buy it altogether. This way you can save your own money and not buy a car that won't last you long.

Take advantage of a high-quality selection of a car, arm yourself with the help of a specialist when buying, because it is far from always possible to distinguish a garage assembly without good experience in this matter. If you have already bought a car after a car cut, you just have to sell it for disassembly or sell it yourself for spare parts. It is difficult to find a more reasonable solution in this situation.

ATTENTION! FROM 25.03 IT WAS POSSIBLE TO DELIVER CONSTRUCTORS WITHOUT A SAW UNDER THE PTS ON THE OLD SCHEME.

The € 3,000 duty has been canceled! The body is separated from the chassis and engine. Nothing is sawed, only minimal analysis!

If you need a donor for parts, it is better to carry the cut on screeds, without assembly. It is about 30,000 rubles cheaper than a designer.

What is a "constructor"?

The car is being disassembled to save on customs payments. The machine is disassembled into the 1st complete set, the engine assembly and the suspension. Nothing else is touched. Documents are issued: i.e. GTE (cargo customs declaration) for a body with a number, frame and engine. It is forbidden to drive such a car on public roads, but it can be transported by tow truck. Delivery by the "constructor" method is the most expensive, delivery by "carpil" and "cut" is much cheaper. Designers now carry only trucks and pickups, it makes sense to order from Japan passenger cars and there are no jeeps by "constructors". Firstly, because of the very high cost (1.5-2 times more expensive than "carp saws". Secondly, because of the difficulties in registration on the vehicle. The constructor is a car for your documents, operation is impossible without the vehicle. ...

What is "car cut"?

This is a car that is bought in Japan as a whole. Then it is sawn in order to pay the duty as for spare parts when imported into Russia, and not the whole car. Sawing is a car for your documents, operation is impossible without a vehicle. The machine is sawn on the rear or front. The roof pillars are cut in the middle and the floor in the cabin, the roof is not sawn.

For minibuses, cutting is carried out "figured", from the front right door to the rear left (sliding) through engine compartment... Frame jeeps are sawn along the front, or along the rear in the middle of the 4 roof pillars (in the area of the "doghouse" glass in the trunk) The frame is not sawed! The body rises from the frame on which the engine remains (unscrewed from the pillows) and chassis.

Parts of the body are pulled together with ties, outwardly looks like whole car... It is even possible to move on such a cut in a warehouse or a parking lot, plus cuts in the fact that practically nothing is understood by the car. Then the car is assembled (welded) on a turnkey basis for further operation.

MINIBUS FIGURINE SAW:

The cut goes from the front right door through the engine compartment to the left side sliding door. Nothing can be understood, except for the cladding, only the cut!

What is "carpil auto"?

This is a car that is bought in Japan as a whole. Then he is dismantled in order to pay the duty as for spare parts when imported into Russia, and not the whole car. Karpil is a car for your documents, operation is impossible without a vehicle. Only the front panel is sawn (TV, laptop). This does not affect the body integrity of your Japanese vehicle. And also guarantees its further safe operation. Not a single traffic police inspector will find seams on your body, because they simply do not exist.

Partial analysis of the car is carried out, removed:
- engine with automatic

Chassis

Headlights, grille, fenders (all doors, hood remain in place!)

It is impossible to bring cabover minibuses (for example, old Mitsubishi Delica), as well as left-hand drive cars, with the exception of those that have Japanese counterparts, by carpil to order from Japan.

Why do customers buy carpills from Japan?

In the event that a person crashed his car and it cannot be restored. Or the car is rusty and in poor condition. Often the cost of spare parts and repairs is obviously more expensive than the price of a cut from Japan. It turns out that it is easier to order a cut and "transfer" the necessary parts from it to your car. The remaining parts are sold or retained as spare parts. If the body cannot be restored, then there are other options. In this case, you will end up driving a car that came from Japan, but according to your old documents.

Where do the documents come from, for which it is possible to order a saw-carp saw?

These are documents from your old car, which cannot be restored, or sold for parts. Also documents with a frame or with iron (bar) can be purchased on the Internet.

Why is it not profitable to buy a car with an "honest designer", as before?

Firstly, at the moment it is very difficult and expensive to issue an "honest designer". It used to be much easier, so there was a point in bringing it in. Secondly, earlier the designers of the 1st configuration were not subject to a high duty of 3,000 euros per body, as it is now. When importing with a saw or carp, the duty for the 1st complete set is not paid.

Why is it not profitable to buy a car with a front half?

Because the cost of delivery and customs clearance of the halves from Japan is not much less than cutting. But when ordering a cut, you will also have a completely rear part of the car.

What machines are profitable to buy from Japan with a saw (carp)?

In principle, any. For various reasons they become unusable completely different cars... But we must bear in mind that even the most cheap carbought in Japan for $ 300-500 will cost 150,000 rubles in Vladivostok without assembly (fluctuates from the dollar exchange rate).

Cutting a car without assembly is much cheaper? How much is a carp more expensive than a cut?

Sawing without assembly is cheaper by 20,000 rubles. Carp is more expensive than sawing by about $ 400.

Can I choose a one-to-one car (color to color, body to body) for my documents?

Oh sure. All parameters of the car are prescribed in the application for the contract. Based on it, we carry out the selection and purchase.

To whom will my cut (carp) be sent from Japan? What kind of documents will I receive?

The cut (carp) comes on entity... The same company is a broker who will carry out customs clearance of the vehicle. In the future, you will receive a sales contract for numbered units (engine and frame). The rest of the spare parts will also have customs documents (CCD), they are enough for transporting a car.

Do you have a quality saw assembly?

Yes, the build is good. The seams are additionally welded and treated with an anti-corrosion agent. Duplicates are placed. All work is carried out by professional Russian craftsmen with at least 5 years of experience in similar work. Roof racks are painted entirely in case they were cut.

Do you have a high-quality assembly of carpils?

Yes, the build is good. Interior and body parts are dismantled and carefully packed in Japan. This avoids damage to spare parts during transportation. The assembly is carried out by qualified specialists, as a result, your car returns to the condition in which it was bought at the auction.

I heard that sometimes during delivery, different parts disappear from the designers. As a result, you have to buy them at your own expense. Is it so?

Yes, it happens occasionally. Our company is responsible for the full compliance of your vehicle with the state of the auction when it is purchased in Japan. If during disassembly, transportation and assembly there is a loss or damage to components, we will compensate for this at our own expense.

The car, probably, after a complete parsing before the carp and assembly, will already look more like Russian, not Japanese?

We assure you that after assembly by our craftsmen you will not be able to distinguish it from the usual one. During daily operation and repairs, the car is so periodically disassembled: for example, when installing an alarm, dry cleaning the interior, repairing after an accident, replacing the engine. Having proper experience in disassembly and assembly japanese cars, the quality after assembly of the constructor-carp does not suffer. What you can be sure when you take the car.

Can you send a carp (carp) car to the region without assembly?

Yes we can. In this case, the cut is not assembled, the front and rear parts are attached to the ties. The cut without assembly will look like this:

For a carp, sending without assembly is possible, but it makes no sense. The pallets with spare parts for the carp are heavy and take up a lot of space. As a result, the tariff transport company for sending them will be similar to the cost of assembly, and maybe even exceed it.

Can you issue a cut (carp) or find documents for it?

Registration of cuts and carpils for documents is impossible. They are ordered by those who crashed their car and have a TCP and iron (a bar with a body or frame number) in their hands. If you want to buy a cut (carp) and you do not have the same broken car, then you can look for a TCP with iron among the ads for the sale of documents. Thus, in the end you will be operating an already run-free car, but on your old numbers and documents. Another option: all components and assemblies from a cut from Japan are installed on the body of an old car.

I have a frame, can I bring it to you, and you will assemble my constructor with it?

Yes, you can. You can bring us either a frame or your entire car. We will remove the old units from your frame and "put" new ones on it. We can also rearrange all units from your old car to a Japanese frame. As a result, you will take 2 cars from us, although one will be without documents.

How does this happen? Do I need to issue a replacement at the traffic police?

Your frame is taken, then from the cut that came from Japan, the engine, body, chassis, etc. are “put on” it. Body at frame vehicles not a license plate, but the procedure for replacing the engine in the territory of the Russian Federation was canceled. Therefore, in this case, there is no need to issue replacement units. As a result, you will continue to move according to your old documents, but already in a run-free car. Everything is absolutely legal, it will be possible to sell a car through inspection at the traffic police.

What if my frame is in poor condition and cannot be fitted with units?

In this case, it is better to use a Japanese frame, although it will be necessary to install the desired fragment from the frame of your old car into it.

Is it possible to order from Japan by "sawing" and "carpil" European left-hand drive cars (Mercedes, Audi)?

Yes it is possible. Most often they are sold at auctions with right-hand drive, but there are also left-hand drive options. We recommend ordering such machines with cuts without assembly. The car will be delivered to you in the region on screeds. It is possible to assemble a cut of such a car in Vladivostok, or deliver it by carpil (without cutting), but we cannot provide a guarantee for such work. The reason is the difficulty of assembling European cars, in contrast to Japanese ones.

I only need the engine, transmission and chassis (or body). Can you bring this separately?

No, we do not carry a separate body or an engine with a transmission.

On our site you can AND SAW, prices are indicated in Vladivostok with assembly.

Having decided to buy a vehicle with the replacement of numbered units, you probably first ask yourself how to register a construction vehicle in 2020. What are the features in the design of such cars in the traffic police and what are the pros and cons of a car constructor in comparison with a saw cut or a car imported under full duty? We will discuss these and some other questions in this article.

What is a construction machine

A constructor car is the result of a lot of running operations to obtain ownership of a new car, most often, under the documents of the old one. The purpose of this rather complex event is for foreign cars imported into the territory of our country. Let us examine this scheme in more detail.

Entrepreneurs who lost a profitable import and sale business foreign cars in Russia, due to the sharp rise, they asked themselves whether it was possible to somehow use the fact that the duty is tied to the volume of the car's engine. Indeed, when customs clearance of most goods passing the Russian border, the duty is taken on the value of the goods, and complex duties have been introduced only for a small list of goods. Against this background, the import of a whole car for spare parts is much cheaper than an entire car as a vehicle. Based on these prerequisites, a scheme for the import of a car by a designer was born.

The sequence of actions is as follows: a car is bought abroad, and in the parking lot, and sometimes even on the ship during the delivery process, it is disassembled: exhaust system and if it is frame machine,. It is not difficult to determine what exactly needs to be removed - it is necessary that the numbered units be dismantled, that is, the internal combustion engine, frame, body separately.

When crossing the border of the Russian Federation, these 2 (body and engine) or 3 (body, engine, frame) objects are declared to different recipients and are issued according to different shipping documents.

The total costs of disassembly, customs clearance, storage, the use of several participants in foreign economic activity for import are from 10 to 30% of the duty that the owner would pay for the whole car.

After the safe import of foreign parts, an old car that has run off its own or just been in an accident and cannot be restored is found in Russia, and the already assembled, just imported car is drawn up under its documents. It is drawn up as if the numbered units were replaced on the old car.

Naturally, changes in the design of the vehicle are necessary, which can be done if documents for these units are available.

According to the documents, you will still have the same old or wrecked car with replaced units, in fact, you will drive new car... Even taking into account the costs of buying an old or wrecked car with documents, the net savings are rarely below 50%.

Advantages and disadvantages of the construction machine

The advantages of huge savings in customs payments for the purchaser of the designer are obvious. However, there are many disadvantages to this scheme:

 • The confrontation between enterprising Russians and the state, which does not want competition from the foreign car industry in russian market, continued: since 2011, customs duties were introduced separately for the car body in the amount of 5,000 euros, and now the customs clearance of the designer has ceased to be such a fantastically profitable business.

Therefore, one of the disadvantages of importing a designer was the need to accurately calculate whether this event would be profitable for you, taking into account all costs.

 • Another disadvantage is the assembly and disassembly of the machine. In a hurry, a disassembled car during the assembly process often loses in the quality of the combination of units, many electronic contacts that can be connected to the wrong place or inaccurately. It is not uncommon for designers to find non-working secondary units, temperature sensors or tachometers.
 • The import of a designer is also complicated by the need to find documents suitable for your car, but this drawback is solved by custom import, that is, the documents are found first, and the designer is already transported for them.
 • As already mentioned above, the duty on the body greatly diminished the bright prospects of the designers, and in connection with this, until then, little popular cuts appeared on the scene. This in itself is a very dangerous unit; there are many cases when a car fell into two halves directly during movement or as a result of a slight side impact. The possibility that you will be cut is number one on the list of dangers when buying a construction kit.

One of the main problems of such cars is called. So is it possible to construct a car?

Since 2012, the State Traffic Inspectorate has received an order banning the simultaneous replacement of the license plate units of the car, since this is a hidden form of registration of a new car. This was perceived as a complete ban on the registration of "constructors". But the question in the order was to prohibit the registration of the simultaneous replacement of units, and not already issued in a legal way "constructors".

That is, bringing in new constructors and registering them became much more complicated.

Regarding pre-entry constructors Technical regulations Of the Customs Union (hereinafter referred to as the CU TR), their registration () is complicated by the following rules: vehicles whose design changes do not comply with the Road Safety Rules are not subject to registration.

You can find out in more detail the reasons for refusal to register in the material "".

Design features

We figured out the designer itself, its shortcomings and positive aspects. Now let's ask ourselves a question: if an auto-constructor, then how to re-register it to a new owner and what features this procedure differs in.

The traffic police have no legal reason not to register a "designer" imported and executed in accordance with all the rules. But they are in the setting for registration of such machines, referring to the above order. So you need to be prepared for rejection.

In addition, difficulties may arise when registering similar machines for a long time. It is quite possible that you will be refused due to the fact that the changes made to the design of the car do not comply with the safety rules for wheeled vehicles in accordance with the CU TR (Appendix 1).

This means that it is necessary to obtain confirmation of compliance. To do this, you will have to contact the Center of Expertise, accredited to work with vehicles, changes made to the vehicle design and already with evidence of your own rightness to apply to the traffic police and, in case of refusal, to court.

In addition, questions may arise during registration if one model is entered in the TCP, but in fact another of the same brand. When redesigning old "constructors", this may well be detected.
