The main thing to understand here is that, despite the noticeable difference in the diameter of the mounting holes of the disc and the bolts (studs), the car manufacturer very accurately calculates the fit of the wheel on the hub. This is due to the fact that any smallest deviation of the center of the hub from the center of the disc will not only cause wheel beating (usually accompanied by vibration on the steering wheel), but also jeopardize the reliability of the wheel attachment, because if the diameter of the location of the mounting holes does not correspond to the parameters of the hub, then fully tighten all fastening bolts (nuts) with a tapered base (which should ensure the centering of the disc on the hub) is impossible. And this is already a threat to life.

As for the fasteners, you need to know a few more subtleties: when replacing a steel stamped disc with an alloy one, you will have to use bolts (or studs) longer than the standard ones. This is due to the fact that the light-alloy wheel is thicker than the steel one.

If the x-factor is close to zero, then the wheel is intended for cars where the brake elements do not protrude beyond the mating plane, for example, as in a UAZ with drum brakes. In many jeeps, including the Niva 2121, the design of disc brakes is such that the caliper practically does not extend beyond the mating plane, and, accordingly, the wheels for these cars may have a small x-factor. We emphasize once again that the x-factor is a slang rather than an engineering concept. Even for a wheel with a large x-factor, the disc may touch the caliper at the disc to rim transition or at the disc to hub transition.

But all these changes lose their meaning if the car is equipped with low-quality tires and wheels. After all, this is essentially the only part that directly contacts the road surface.

The most budgetary option with an identical bolt pattern 5x139.7 is stock black pieces of iron from the UAZ, the only question is whether there will be problems with the central heating and flight, who has already tried it?

In our area, it is rather tight with the Nivs and Sobols, as with the rest of the sovkoprom, except that it’s new to take, and this is too expensive.
But with UAZs, things are much better, tk. troops in our enclave in bulk and, accordingly, discs from decommissioned copies can be easily found for a glass of tea.

And about the spacers of the couple, I did not understand at all, what for? in UAZ, the bolt pattern is identical to 5x139.7, the CO is visually greater than that of the MB100, only its departure is smaller and most likely the wheels will be wider, so I want to know how critical it is.

Most of the discs are only held on the studs and are centered by them, for this, the nuts and holes of the disc are made on the cone, you yourself remember what gap the central center has standard disks with a hub. Discs that sit on the central heating center are quite rare, they are only cast, with flat nuts, they are installed with the obligatory polyethylene washers in the central heating center, they will fit into the hub, and most importantly, this is simply not used on commercial beads.

I have just returned from trying on one UAZo disc 6 "/ 15". I got up perfectly, about 3 cm remained from the edge of the rim to the arch, respectively, when rubber 205/70/15 is installed on them (which is clearly equal in diameter to the stock 195/80/14), the sidewall of the cylinders will be flush with the arches and possibly from this side the bead will get dirty faster.

The next task is to install rubber on the discs and try it on, one BUT - you will probably have to use cameras.
