The number of business start-ups is steadily increasing every year. An increase in their number has a positive effect on the economic performance of the country as a whole and meets the constantly growing needs of the population.
Financial support from the state contributes to the emergence of new small and medium-sized businesses. The authorities of a particular region are trying to introduce methods of assistance: various benefits, subsidies, as well as material payments. How do you get this kind of support? Let's figure it out.
Which of the entrepreneurs can count on help from the state?
The state mainly provides financial support to small and medium-sized business owners. To find out if your company belongs to this category, you should pay attention to the number of employees and the value of the annual turnover. The following types of enterprises can count on money from the state:
- startup business (up to 15 people in the state with an annual turnover of up to 120 million rubles);
- small business (up to 100 people in the state with an annual turnover of up to 800 million rubles);
- medium business (up to 250 people in the state with an annual turnover of up to 2 billion rubles).
To receive assistance, companies must meet the following requirements:
- duration of existence from the moment of opening - no more than 2 years;
- the company is registered with the tax office;
- The SME is not a tax debtor.
Important: the chances of financing are much higher for businessmen who have social benefits, and also own a social or export-oriented business.
Remember that the state provides support to entrepreneurs whose field of activity is among the priority ones. To apply for gratuitous assistance, a businessman must work in one of the following areas:
- Manufacturing of consumer goods.
- Popular directions of folk art.
- Rural and ecological tourism offers.
- Housing and communal services.
- Agro-industrial department.
- The field of science and technology, as well as innovation.
How to get help from the state for small business development in 2019?
The main advantage of receiving such a subsidy is that it is free of charge and does not need to be returned after a certain time. The state benefits from this, as a new small business appears on the economic map, providing citizens with jobs, and competition with existing companies increases, which contributes to improving quality and stabilizing prices.
But together with the conclusion of the subsidy agreement, the entrepreneur agrees to fulfill some obligations. The main one is to provide detailed reporting.
Within 3 months from the date of receipt of financial funds from the state, a businessman is obliged to submit a report to the Employment Center with documents on the use of the subsidy. As confirmation, commodity or fiscal checks, receipts, paid payment orders and other documents can be provided. The financial report must be consistent with the paragraph of the business plan, which indicates the purpose of obtaining capital.
Important: if a business person cannot provide confirmation, he is obliged to return the subsidiary funds to the state in full.
Also, the terms of the drawn up agreement assume that the activities of the financed small enterprise must last at least one year from the date of opening. This eliminates the possibility of cooperation with one-day firms.
Help can be obtained from many authorities and organizations with the necessary authority. Here are some of them:
- City administration... The Economic Development Department provides information on the types of financial support for small businesses.
- Chamber of Commerce and Industry... This institution provides assistance in consulting on business, marketing, legal law, it helps to take part in exhibitions.
- Entrepreneurship Support Fund... Based on the results of the mandatory assessment of the submitted project, the organization allocates finances for the activities of a small enterprise.
- Business incubator... This organization is engaged in infrastructure support for the ideas of entrepreneurs at all stages of development, starting from the moment of opening.
- Venture fund... He focuses mainly on innovative projects, then invests money in their activities.
- Employment center.
Interesting: if your business project is socially or economically beneficial for the state, you can receive not only money for its implementation, but also free training, the right to take part in exhibitions, etc.
After contacting the above authorities, you will receive a list of required documents. Here are the papers on this list:
- Passport and TIN of the entrepreneur.
- Insurance certificate (SNILS).
- A certificate from the accounting department of the last place of official employment, which contains information about the salary three months before the end of the work.
- Certificate of education.
- Application of a program participant for receiving financial support from the state (in a specially approved form).
- Ready business plan.
Money from the Employment Center
The most common way for entrepreneurs to get help is to contact the Employment Center. How is this procedure going?
The first step is to register at the Employment Center and obtain unemployed status.This is a prerequisite, since only those entrepreneurs who are registered as unemployed citizens are entitled to state funding. To do this, you need to have the following documents with you:
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- work book;
- family status document;
- education document.
Then you need to draw up a business plan with detailed description the project, the targeted distribution of funds and an indication of the payback period. The third step is to register a business as an individual entrepreneur.
The regional commission is considering the package of documents within 60 days. If a positive decision is made, an agreement will be concluded between the applicant and the Employment Center, and the funds will be transferred to the recipient's account. The Commission may decide to compensate only certain expenses, for example, registration and starting a small business. If the applicant receives a notice of rejection, he can try again.
Newbie Business Grants
This type of allocation of funds from the state involves helping novice businessmen to start a business and those who have been engaged in entrepreneurial activity for no more than two years. The following organizations have the authority to distribute grants:
- Department of Economic Development.
- Small and medium business support funds.
- Alliances formed by entrepreneurs.
A prerequisite for obtaining a grant is the activity of a small enterprise in one of the priority sectors indicated above.
According to state legislation, payments are not received by companies that produce wine and vodka products, tobacco products, luxury goods, work with real estate or engage in gambling activities.
Remember that the allocated money is channeled to cover 30 to 50% of the total project cost. The businessman should look for the remaining finances for the development of the business on his own. Don't be afraid of investment, it might be.
The entrepreneur must provide the following papers:
- Documents confirming the absence of other sources of financial support.
- Certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur or LLC and a business plan.
- Bank statement on the amount of your own finances.
- Certificate of positive credit history.
The Industry Commission then decides on the provision of funds. The maximum amount of a monetary grant is 500 thousand rubles (in Moscow and the region - up to 5 million rubles).
The priority for the state is the unemployed, young entrepreneurs, former military personnel, families with young children, etc.
Subsidization program
Government plans to subsidize small businesses are implemented at different administrative levels. Therefore, they can be systematized according to the scale and amount of allocated funds:
- Federal programs... They are implemented throughout the country, and they are also characterized by a large amount of allocated money for financial support for the opening and development of SMEs. A distinctive feature is the fact that such programs work mainly with large-scale business projects, whose owners are already conducting commercial activities.
- Regional programs... They work in the territories of the administrative regions and manage the regional or district budget. The purpose of such programs is to develop the infrastructure of an entire region.
- Local programs... The scale of implementation is working with city or regional entrepreneurs. Subsidies are limited to small amounts of funding.
The amount of assistance received, the form of its provision, as well as the list of necessary documents for processing an application depend on the specifics of the state program. The larger the scale of the program, the more competition and selection rules are. A small business owner should consider this.
Concessional lending
Categories of small and medium-sized commercial entrepreneurs who are unable to receive financial support from the state can apply for preferential loans. Many banks provide such loans on simplified terms. As mentioned, the probability of opening a loan with a favorable interest rate is higher for those who are engaged in priority activities for the state.
Advice: for any questions you are interested in regarding assistance, you can contact banking institutions or credit communities directly, as they also have credit programs for novice businessmen.
The applicant receives a loan as a one-time cash payment in the amount of 50 million to 1 billion rubles... After the conclusion of the contract preferential program valid for 3 years. A prerequisite is also investment and investment in the project of the businessman's own funds. Their number is determined as follows:
- 20% if the loan amount is more than RUB 500 million or if the loan is planned to be repaid from the future income expected after the start of the business project.
- There are no restrictions if funds are allocated for other investment plans.
The interest rate for use varies depending on the format of the enterprise. This is 10% per annum for medium-sized enterprises and 11-11.8% for small ones.
What can the money from the state be used for?
As mentioned above, the subsidy process is a donation of funds to help start up and run a business. Concessional lending and other assistance programs also have simplified terms and a reduced interest rate. At the same time, the use of financial support from the state is accompanied by documentary reports to confirm the intended purpose. The allocated money can be spent on the following:
- Payment for the lease of a place or plot of land (no more than 20% of the principal amount is allocated to cover these costs).
- Replenishment of working capital.
- Equipping workplaces.
- Purchase of equipment for production (purchased machines cannot be sold or exchanged for three years).
- Purchase of consumables (the same rules apply - no more than 20% of the funds received).
- Works related to renovation and opening.
- Intangible assets.
The entrepreneur draws up an annual report, which indicates what exactly the received subsidiary income was spent on. It is also necessary to submit certificates and receipts to the control authorities.
Intangible Small Business Support Options
Nowadays, the state is ready to help start-up businessmen of small and medium-sized enterprises not only by increasing capital. There are several other forms of support:
- Possibility of free training... Why in the early years of activity, many entrepreneurs, faced with problems, leave the business? They simply do not have the necessary knowledge about running their business. Such educational skills (such as how to lead) help in development, but are expensive, so not everyone can get them. The state provides start-up businessmen with the opportunity to take courses for free, as well as attend various seminars and lectures. The applicant is obliged to submit the appropriate documents to the necessary authorities: paid invoices, certificates of training or concluded contracts. The payment will cover half of the costs, but for an amount not exceeding 40 thousand rubles per year.
- Reduction of rent... Another support option is discounts on the cost of renting premises where offices or production are directly located. Remember that you can get such a discount only if the building is municipal property, and the lease is concluded for a period of more than 5 years. Every year the preferential rate increases (from 40 to 80% of the rent), and for the subsequent period the entrepreneur pays at the full rate. A prerequisite is competitive selection to determine worthy candidate... The winner will receive additional assistance to pay for communications.
- Compensation for participation in exhibitions... To popularize and further develop, small business owners can take advantage of subsidies to participate in national or international exhibitions. Based on the results of the selection, the state can help pay the costs of registration, rent of space, transportation of exhibits, accommodation, organization and translation services. If the state aid amount does not exceed 150 thousand per year, you can pay up to half of the costs. Prerequisites for receiving compensation for small businesses: application, contract with the organizers and a report on the work performed.
Summing up
The advantage of financial support programs is the ability to increase the capital of small companies. Since the state is interested in the development of small enterprises, the likelihood of receiving financial assistance is constantly growing. This is a good start.
On the other hand, the conclusion of an agreement with the relevant government authorities obliges entrepreneurs to submit detailed reports and monitor the targeted use of funds. Therefore, every businessman should study the features of existing support programs and the requirements for them. Then he will be able to make the most of the help and fulfill his obligations.
How to take 300 thousand rubles from the state and not return
You can take 300 thousand rubles from the state and not give it back. We give detailed instructions for those who have lost their jobs.
In the regions of Russia, there is a program for providing grants to start-up entrepreneurs. Anyone registered as individual entrepreneurHaving collected the documents, he can receive a free loan from the state in the amount of 160 to 300 thousand rubles, depending on the region. In total, the state spent about 2 billion rubles to finance this program. Now about 40 regions of Russia are participating in it.
Take and not giveTo receive money, you need to register as a small business entity. Then fill out an application in a special form and a questionnaire with passport data and information about education - they are published on the websites of local administrations. You also need to provide a certificate of the average number of employees and a copy of an extract from the unified state register of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs. A novice entrepreneur will also need a copy of a certificate of absence of tax and payment arrears and a copy of a certificate of state registration.
Depending on the region, the governing bodies may also require a copy of the notification of registration with the territorial body of the pension fund and a certificate from the bank on opening a current account. The entrepreneur needs to attach to the documents an estimate of the costs of the business project completed in a certain form (the form is also published on the websites of local authorities). For the correct preparation of the estimate, city authorities hold special seminars, which, depending on the decision of the authorities, may also be paid. A certificate of training is also attached to the set of documents, which is then agreed upon by the business development institutions in the regions.
After approval, the business project is evaluated by a special commission, which includes representatives of the regional government, heads of business incubators and public associations. The members of the commission make decisions collectively. For each of the projects, they give scores and then display the overall GPA. Projects with the highest average score receive grant support. “From March to today, we have already passed nine commissions, 112 sets of documents have been submitted, of those that were considered, 22 projects received money,” the Cherepovets Urban Development Agency told Infox.ru.
Spend it all
To get the money, the company needs less than a year. The entrepreneur should spend the money received only during the calendar year and only for the targeted needs of the business project. If it is found that the money was spent on other needs, the entrepreneur may be obliged to return it. If during the year not all funds were spent, the commission may oblige the entrepreneur to return the balance. Alcohol, tobacco, real estate, car rental or home appliances cannot receive grants.
Pancakes instead of innovation
Entrepreneurs say that the allocated money will not be enough to create innovative industries, despite the fact that this area has been declared a state priority. “The simplest thing with this money is to open something in the consumer market, such as a pancake kiosk. When it comes to industry, manufacturing with machine tools requires a lot of energy costs. One connection will require only 7-8 million rubles. You can try to create a website promotion company or an online store, ”says Alexei Tretyakov, chairman of the St. Petersburg Small Business Association. Nevertheless, according to him, the interest in receiving grants is very high among the city's entrepreneurs.
Ilya Khandrikov, Chairman of the All-Russian Association For an Honest Market, doubts the effectiveness of even targeted assistance: “There is an established opinion among specialists that 5% of the population can be engaged in entrepreneurship. Not everyone has an entrepreneurial ability. It is not necessary to spend this money of a big mind. There can be no efficiency from this money, or it can be unprofitable. "
You can argue indefinitely as to whether to take the car from the passenger compartment, or give preference. Each option has its own strengths and weaknesses.
When the budget is limited, some buyers will definitely go to look for a car among used options. This is their full right and in some places completely justified decision. Much depends on what kind of amount we are talking about. If you have a very small amount at your disposal, literally limited to 300,000, it makes no sense to go to the new car market in 2020. There are simply no decent offers for that kind of money. The same applies to all amounts up to 600,000 rubles. If you have 350,000, 400,000 or even 500,000 rubles, for a normal new car there is no need to count.
And when the limit rises by another 100 thousand, then it makes sense to study the offers of official dealers. And only if nothing suitable can be found, go in search of a used car.
The current rating will consider a list of new cars up to 600,000 rubles, which can be purchased in the showroom of official dealers with at least basic configuration. This does not include any discounts or sales prices.
The list of available new cars worth up to 600 thousand rubles is not huge, but you will definitely have plenty to choose from. The market offers cars from leading and simply well-known manufacturers in Russia. Having studied their cost, characteristics and configurations available for that kind of money, you can decide for yourself who to give preference to, and stop at least a few attractive options. If not, then there is always the opportunity to look for something in the secondary market.
Actual car manufacturers
It is important to understand that not all new cars, the price tag for which does not exceed 600,000 rubles, can fully and completely satisfy potential buyers... But one should take into account the current situation, the state of the economy and the level of prices.
Not so long ago, just a couple of years ago, for 600 thousand rubles you can take such new cars as Nissan almera or Kia rio... And the bestseller Hyundai Solaris would also be included in this rating. But the situation is changing, prices are rising, and the list of cheap cars is rapidly decreasing.
As a result, the following companies that offer their cars to Russian buyers can be called the actual manufacturers who are still able to offer the best car available in the price segment up to 600 thousand rubles:
- Ravon (Daewoo).
- Lada.
- Chevrolet.
- Datsun.
- Renault.
- Volkswagen.
It is somewhat strange to observe in one list such an auto giant as Volkswagen, and next to it the little-known and objectively far from popular brand Ravon or Datsun.
But the situation is such that it is these car companies that are still capable of producing cheap cars, offering them to their russian consumers... The rating did not include cheap and frankly unsuccessful Chinese developments, since the cars that hit the top are objectively better.
After examining the entire list, you can decide for yourself which one new car it will be better and more preferable to buy, spending no more than 600,000 rubles.
Previously, this car was produced under the name of the Korean brand Daewoo. But then they said goodbye to the Daewoo logo, and the production of Gentra was moved to the facilities of the Ravon plant.
Ravon Gentra has been produced since 2013 and belongs to the European one. The basis for the creation of the machine was a platform from Chevrolet Lacetti... But at the same time, the novelty has received a number of technical improvements.
Gentra got pretty good feedback for a spacious interior, nice appearance, far from the worst specifications and adequate pricing policy.
Yes, this is far from the best car in the world, but such a car costs less than 600 thousand rubles, and actually offers to get behind the wheel of the once successful and still very popular in the secondary market chevrolet cars Lacetti. Not surprisingly, the demand for the Gentra is pretty solid.
Not only is this a new car, and you don't have to invest more than 600,000 rubles in its purchase. Gentra also offers an automatic transmission as an alternative to the basic 5-speed manual. These transmissions work in tandem with uncontested gasoline engine 1.5 liters with 107 horsepower.
As for the cost, Ravon's Gentra starts at 440 thousand rubles. Top equipment with automatic transmission and other options will cost a maximum of 620 thousand. This slightly exceeds the limit of 600,000 rubles, but you get new cars with rich equipment and an automatic transmission if you wish.
It should not be surprising that mainly new cars sold in Russia at prices below 600,000 rubles are related to the domestic auto industry.
This is a front-wheel drive car with a rather low ground clearance, despite the fact that the car is focused on Russian operating conditions. Largus received good motors, which do not differ in supernatural dynamics, but do not require huge amount fuel and behave confidently in the city and beyond when overtaking is required.
Currently, 2 engines are offered for Lada Largus. Both are gasoline and have a volume of 1.6 liters, but produce 87 and 106 horsepower.
Lada Largus rightly entered the top cars up to 600 thousand rubles, since in 2020 the starting price of the station wagon is 535 thousand rubles. Top grade will cost more than 740 thousand rubles. A lot or a little, judge for yourself.
And here is the budget SUV, which also ended up in this ranking. A car with an index of 2131 has existed since the distant 1993. The most surprising thing here is that during all this time, no cardinal changes in terms of appearance have occurred.
The car itself from the salon will cost the buyer at least 540 thousand rubles. Although already for 600,000 rubles, you can take almost the maximum configuration.
Niva 2131 does not have an attractive appearance, it cannot boast of a modern and comfortable interior. It is difficult to find any strong qualities at all, equating the Niva with modern compact SUVs.
But the paradox is that 2131 is still in demand. It's all about affordability, excellent cross-country ability, unpretentiousness, penny cost of spare parts and maintenance. Such cars are not bought for family or city driving. Niva is the optimal vehicle for fishermen, hunters and off-road enthusiasts. Or for those who live in the suburbs and villages, where only the name remains of the roads.
Another version of the legendary Niva. And even older than 2131. This version has been produced since 1977, that is compact SUV has retained its recognizable appearance since the times of the USSR.
The starting price for the three-door Niva 2121 is 500 thousand rubles. But the top-end configuration can cost the buyer almost 800 thousand.
This is not just a car, but an entire era. Niva is still talking about the success of export. In many countries, where the climate and roads are approximately on the same level with Russia, or even worse, you can still easily find Niva 2121. Farmers and people who need the most reliable and cheap SUV in service simply cannot find nothing better than Niva.
When there is an opportunity to spend only up to 600,000 rubles on new cars, you have to think carefully about what options exist and which of these can really satisfy your needs.
When you need a crossover with good cross-country ability, but at the same time you want to use a car in urban conditions, then one of the most obvious options will be the Chevrolet Niva.
In fact, this is an improved or modernized version of Niva from AvtoVAZ. Only engineers made changes to the technical stuffing, designers improved the appearance and significantly redesigned the interior. At the same time, the price tag increased slightly in comparison with the classic Niva.
As a result, we got a crossover or compact SUV with permanent all-wheel drive, 200 millimeters of ground clearance, a mediocre engine and a more modern look. And all this costs about 590 thousand rubles in the basic configuration. Even the Chevrolet Niva barely fits into the current budget. But in 2020, it is still deservedly included in the rating or list of cars costing no more than 600,000 rubles. But it is worth considering other new cars in this price range before making your final decision.
If you even want to save money by buying new cars for less than 600,000 rubles, but at the same time want to get a car with an automatic machine, that is automatic transmission gear, be sure to take a look at the Ravon P2.
This is a small urban hatchback, which belongs to the European class A. The car was created purely for urban use, although it behaves quite confidently on highways and highways.
The model has only existed for a few years, since the official release started in 2016. This is a cheaper company of a rather popular chevrolet car Spark. The hatchback turned out to be very nice and very solid. The car turned out to be surprisingly spacious, despite the seemingly extremely small dimensions.
The disadvantages include only a small luggage compartment, designed for literally 170 liters. Under the hood of the small hatchback is a modest gasoline engine with a volume of 1.2 liters and a return of 85 horsepower. With the dimensions of the Ravon P2, the power is enough to provide decent dynamics and good maneuverability in dense city traffic.
As you understand, here it goes purely front-wheel drive... But the ground clearance was raised to 160 millimeters, which is quite good. One of the main surprises was the gearbox. Ravon abandoned the mechanics and offered a 4-speed automatic. The calculation was apparently on the fact that the main audience for Ravon P2 will be girls and women. Therefore, the decision to equip the car with an automatic machine looks quite logical and prudent.
As for the cost, you can buy such a car, moreover, completely new and fully equipped, even for less than 600,000 rubles. Through authorized dealer you can buy Ravon P2 for at least 470 thousand. And the top-end equipment will cost 510 thousand rubles. As a result, there will be a substantial amount that can be spent on registration, insurance, or even other expenses.
Really good russian car, which marked the beginning of a new era in the history of AvtoVAZ. Such promising phrases were sounded before the official presentation of Granta. The release started in 2011.
It is safe to say that Granta really turned out to be in many ways better than its predecessors, and managed to show how good cars can be made in Russia. Yes, it was not at the level of the leading automakers, but Granta definitely outperformed its rivals from China.
By Lada granta it can be seen that the car was created specifically for Russia. This can be traced in a solid ground clearance... After all, it is not so common to find a clearance in the region of 190 millimeters on a regular sedan or hatchback. The car uses front-wheel drive, there are several gasoline engines to choose from. The motors themselves can be combined with one of the 3 offered gearboxes, among which there is a robot, a mechanic and an automatic.
If you are looking for purely new cars, but do not want or cannot spend more than 600,000 rubles, from the entire list you should probably pay attention to domestic cars... They are cheap to maintain, unpretentious, well adapted to local conditions, spare parts are always widely available, and many repair issues can be resolved on their own.
Yes and price policy with regard to Granta, it will satisfy the needs and capabilities of many buyers. From the start, you will need to pay 420 thousand rubles for Granta. Complete set Lux costs from 600 thousand. This allows you to optimally fit into the budget, plus get an objectively good car.
A very good and inexpensive sedan of the European class B. It is difficult to give any characterization to a car that belongs to the budget category, and simply embodies the concept of a simple car.
Everything here is simply done. Appearance not original or modern. Rather ordinary or traditional, which still attracted a large number of buyers. On Do from the Datsun brand is assembled at AvtoVAZ facilities. The car has a huge number of competitors in its class.
The main rivalry is between On Do and, Chevrolet cobalt, Renault Logan, Nissan Almera, as well as many chinese sedans... But On Do wins over everyone in terms of cost, since such a car can be taken for 600,000 rubles, but at the same time get almost the maximum level of equipment. The basic equipment costs from 460 thousand rubles.
Under the hood there are engines for 87 and 106 horsepower, which are quite acceptable options for such a sedan. In addition to the basic 5-speed manual transmission, customers are additionally offered an automatic four-speed transmission.
Many will immediately say that the most the best option, which can be taken in a car dealership and spend up to 600,000 rubles, will be the French Renault Logan. Such cars are actually sold from the showroom for an amount less than the specified limit. The starting current price tag is 545 thousand rubles. But in the maximum equipment Logan will cost at least 800 thousand. It is not worth counting on a rich set of options, having reported another 50 thousand rubles to the basic configuration.
As a result, it turns out that Renault Logan has good operational characteristics, It has excellent performance reliability, durability, reliability, service availability. But in a really worthwhile configuration, it will not be possible to purchase a Logan for such money. Either be content with an almost initial version, or collect additional money and expand the list of equipment included.
If we talk about the cost of the car and what the second generation Renault Logan offers, it is simply impossible to say anything bad about this car. Yes, someone will say about not the most successful design or poorly thought out interior. But Logan in return is ready to offer a much more extensive list of advantages and strengths.
No one is surprised by the fact that Logan is actively snapping up, and this model is one of the most popular cars in Russia. Cheap and very high quality, albeit with its own minor flaws.
Another representative domestic auto industryworthy of your attention. It's over new modelthan Granta, since Vesta has only been available since 2015.
The car is characterized by a stylish and modern design, very roomy interiorworthy technical equipment... Compared to Granta, Vesta has much more prospects in the future.
But there is practically the same problem as in the case of the Renault Logan. This is the price. Yes, Lada Vesta managed to get into current rating, since the minimum price is less than 600 thousand rubles. At the same time, 585 thousand rubles are asked for the simplest equipment in AvtoVAZ dealerships. It is not difficult to imagine that it will be possible to buy 15 thousand more. Almost nothing that would significantly change the situation.
How fair the place will be Volkswagen polo in this rating, it's up to you to judge. The model literally hit the brink of the established limit, since in the basic version it costs exactly 600 thousand rubles.
If you take the Polo Sedan at least in the middle configuration, then the car can only be praised and recommended to buy. This is an excellent German quality, an excellent level of adaptation to russian conditions, reliable engines, durable undercarriage, comfortable interior, roomy trunk and much more that is disagreeable and useful.
But for 600 thousand rubles, you will get the simplest engine with 90 horsepower, the minimum level of equipment, a limited choice of body colors. In this regard, Volkswagen remains true to its not the best traditions, offering frankly little in basic trim levels. Although some people buy Polo in such equipment, while remaining quite satisfied. It's Volkswagen.
An interesting and rather cute hatchback of the European class B is built on the same platform as the second generation Renault Logan. Therefore, the cars are very similar in many ways, and received a similar technical filling in the form of engines and gearboxes.
This Sandero can rightly be considered a more modern and design successful project of Renault. The car is aimed at the younger generation, and is equally well suited for girls and guys. It all depends on the color you choose.
Everything is extremely simple here. If you want to get it all key benefits, typical for Renault Logan, but want to see a more modern image, then feel free to buy Renault Sandero... Such a car costs from 545 thousand rubles. With a budget of 600 thousand, you will not be able to get the top configuration, but a certain list of additional equipment will be added to you.
Choosing a new car when the budget is limited to 600 thousand rubles becomes more and more difficult every year. Nice cars are becoming more expensive, actively approaching the minimum mark in, and cheaper options are far from always able to satisfy the needs and wishes of customers.
Everyone must decide for himself whether it is really worth looking for a car among the new ones. Sometimes it is much more logical and more pragmatic to enter the used car market, to buy a really good car, albeit with a used one. If you prioritize correctly, you will get a decent car, even for the money. But be aware of the risks and dangers associated with buying a used car.
In any region, a novice entrepreneur is provided with at least two types of state aid:
- Subsidy under the program of self-employment of the population in the employment center. Unemployed citizens will be allocated 58,800 rubles for these purposes.
- Grant in the amount of 300 thousand rubles from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Subsidies
Each region of our country has certain quotas for the provision of subsidies. You can find out their number at the employment center. If there are few subsidies in your area, consider whether it is worth fighting for it - the amount is not high. There are regions where such subsidies have been allocated since 2015 only to residents of single-industry towns or already operating entrepreneurs.
It is possible to get the approval of the commission - it consists of no more than 6 people. Half of them are employees of the employment center, and the other half are invited guests. You will have about 7 minutes to answer guests' questions. There is no need to talk about the project, because the experts get acquainted with it beforehand. For them, the main thing is that you understand the intricacies of yours.
You will have about 7 minutes to answer guests' questions.
Business ideas that do not "shine" subsidies:
- exchange fraud;
- network marketing;
- sale of alcohol;
- pawnshop.
Grants
Having received money from the employment center, you can safely go for a grant. Or you can go there right away - this time the Ministry of Economic Development will help you. The federal program operates throughout the country, but local authorities are responsible for the distribution of funds. This means that you do not need to go to Moscow - contact local funds to support small and medium-sized businesses.
There are chances
- You registered as an entrepreneur for the first time, and not more than a year has passed since that moment.
- You have completed training in the basics of entrepreneurship. Those who have a legal or economic education are even easier - no courses need to be completed.
- You are ready to invest at least 25% of your own funds from the amount of the desired grant. By the way, the percentage for each region is different. This should be clarified in your fund.
No chance
- The company is at the stage of bankruptcy, reorganization or liquidation.
- You have arrears in tax and non-tax payments, fees, insurance premiums.
- Your company has wage arrears.
- You pay your employees a salary below the subsistence level.
According to the specialists of the Ministry of Economic Development, first of all, they pay attention to the social significance of the project and the real possibilities of recoupment. The state does not want to distribute money left and right. It is important for them that the company does not go bankrupt in a couple of months, but that it develops and grows. If the company develops, then a stable replenishment of the budget is guaranteed. Each region identifies its own priority areas. Somewhere it is agriculture, in another place industry or craft production.
Package of documents
If you have decided, then proceed to collecting documents:
- Application for a subsidy. The application form is different everywhere - look on the website of the Ministry of Economy of your region.
- Business plan.
- Costings.
- Documents that confirm the availability of production areas (if premises are needed for the project).
- List of creditors and debtors.
- Copies of contracts or draft contracts.
- Copies of required licenses or permits.
- Copies of documents on hiring a manager and chief accountant.
- Application form for an individual entrepreneur or the head of a legal entity.

Do not forget that it will take some time to collect documents. Pay attention to the "expiration date". For example, a tax certificate is valid for only 10 days. Call the Fund for the Support of Small and Medium Enterprises and find out about the start date of the competition. Applications from participants are accepted for 1 month, so you need to submit documents on time.
What's in the business plan?
Entrepreneurs should remember that they need to do more than just collect required documentsbut also provide a business plan for their activities. This is a complex document that requires detailed elaboration. It will be easier for those with an economic education. And for those who have never had to compose it, entrepreneurship training courses will help.
The business plan must necessarily contain:
- production features;
- calculations of investment amounts;
- presentation of products or services;
- description of organizational processes at the enterprise, taking into account the calendar plan;
- forecasting risks and finding ways to minimize them.
Remember that the commission will evaluate each indicator and put down its points. For example, the more people you can employ in your company, the higher your score will be. If you are under 30 years old, this is another point for your project.
That's what you get points for.
What do they give?
There are few statistics on the granting of grants. Judging by it, among entrepreneurs who received a grant, about 30% are engaged in the provision of services, 20% have their own production, 12% are from the trade sector.
The easiest way is to get money for the purchase of fixed assets of production, for renting premises and for the necessary raw materials and materials. As a grantee, you will benefit immensely by being willing to invest in the equipment you own. This will convince the panel that you are serious and believe in success.
As a rule, the state is more likely to finance projects in the field of production and agriculture, science (to a greater extent natural sciences) and education.
Among entrepreneurs who received a grant, about 30% are engaged in the provision of services, 20% have their own production, 12% are from the trade.
Agricultural grants
Agricultural grants occupy a special place in the system. Within the framework of the state program for the development of agriculture for 2013-2020, a subprogram "Support for small businesses" was adopted, aimed precisely at helping small businesses.
There are several options here:
1. Grants for novice farmers.
You can get for specific purposes:
- acquisition of plots from agricultural land;
- development of design documentation for the construction (reconstruction) of industrial and warehouse buildings, premises intended for the production, storage and processing of agricultural products;
- acquisition, construction, repair and reconstruction of industrial and warehouse buildings, premises, outbuildings, engineering networks, barriers and structures, as well as their registration;
- construction of roads and entrances to production and storage facilities;
- connection of industrial and warehouse buildings, premises, outbuildings and structures to engineering networks: electrical, water, gas and heat supply networks, road infrastructure;
- purchase of farm animals;
- receipt of agricultural machinery and equipment, cargo road transport, equipment for the production and processing of agricultural products;
- purchase of seeds and planting material for the establishment of perennial plantings;
- obtaining fertilizers and pesticides.
To receive a grant, you need to contact the regional competition commission to support novice farmers, where grants are distributed on a competitive basis. The Commission annually publishes the terms of the competition by January 15th.
To participate in the competition, you must submit an application in the prescribed form. Contacts of regional competition commissions can be obtained from the state governing bodies of the agro-industrial complex in the regions.
Such a grant can be obtained only once. At the same time, he must pay off no more than 90% of your expenses for the acquisition of material resources for the development of the farm.
2. Grant for home improvement.
WITHthe funds can be used to build housing, purchase furniture and other items from the farmer's house. However, this grant does not provide for the purchase of secondary housing. It is assumed that the novice farmer builds the house himself or buys a new one.
Each region has different terms and conditions of the competition. To participate, you need to track information on the websites of relevant regional departments, as well as regional ministries of agriculture.
3. Grant for a family livestock farm.
The grant can be spent on:
- development of project documentation for a family livestock farm;
- construction, reconstruction or modernization of a family livestock farm;
- construction, reconstruction or modernization of production facilities for the processing of livestock products;
- equipping family livestock farms and facilities for processing livestock products with equipment and technology, as well as their installation;
- purchase of farm animals.
The amount of the grant cannot exceed 60% of your costs. To receive a grant, you must submit an application in the prescribed form for a grant to the commission under the governing body of the agro-industrial complex of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
With the participation of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, a system of agricultural consulting has been created in the country. The system's consultants will assist budding farmers in applying for grants and other issues.
"Granting" rules
- The money is given to the organization to carry out these tasks, and not to the entrepreneur personally.
- According to statistics, preference is given to the most realistic or the most original projects.
- Not all grants are right for you. Take as much time as possible to study the information: how much money is allocated, for what exactly. Otherwise, you risk getting a refusal - most often they refuse precisely because the application does not correspond to the subject of the grant.
- If you really need money, then try to tailor your own tasks to the grant goals. But here, too, be prepared for refusal: it is unlikely that a fireworks retailer will be given a grant as an organization that produces agricultural products.
The purpose and amount of the grant are finalized in the business plan and then do not change.
- Money never arrives all at once, but comes gradually - in tranches. Each stage of the project will be funded separately. Moreover, where it is necessary to supply you with equipment, for example, office equipment, it will be supplied, and not given money for the purchase.
- Even the payment of a bank loan can be delayed, but it is unacceptable to spend grant funds for other purposes. Any mistake - and an indelible stain on your reputation.
- Fill in all reports correctly and on time. Arrange everything as described in the instructions, and do not violate the deadlines.
- There is no need to wait for maximum grants for the first time. Ask for the minimum for something you can't do without. Such an application has much more chances of being selected: it will be immediately clear that you will be busy with business, and not setting up your own office, for example.
- There is no free cheese here either: you still have to pay income tax on the grant, be prepared for this.
Remember that economic problems are not the reason why you should refuse to start your own business. You can always find the best solutions. The main thing is to move forward towards your goal, and it is up to you to turn to the state for help or rely on your own strengths.
There are people whose power lies in the money they lent. And there are others whose power lies in the money they borrowed. Auguste Deteuf, economist, writer
