3 Clutch housing

I cut a mount out of thick metal and put it on the rubber pad to the car frame with the bolts. 5 Gearbox


In the gearbox, a change must be made in the input shaft. The input shaft will need to be given to the turner so that he shortens the primary spout by 2 cm in the machine, or your gearbox will not go into the clutch.

6 Release bearing



The release bearing is best supplied from the T-40 tractor as I did. Such a bearing runs for a very long time. 7 Clutch disc


I have a clutch disc from a KAMAZ car. On this disc I have already left for many years and to this day I do not change. The Kamaz clutch disc is made much stronger than the Zilov one. The engagement of the primary and the splines of the disk is enough for full-fledged work, although it engages in the floor of the tooth of the input shaft. 8 Clutch rod


The clutch rod will not work because it does not have enough disc release travel. To do this, you need to do the following. 11 Power system


I made small changes to the power system. From the intake, fuel is supplied to the coarse filter, then to the pumping pump, from the pump to the fine filter and to the high pressure pump. 12 ZIL-130 at 24 volts

14 Throttle thrust.

15 Cooling system
